An Indian lady was unprofessional and very rude. She wasn’t helpful at all and got mad at me and has initiated a false reporting to reduce my credit scores. Now I’m working on the litigation against this branch.

Terrible branch. Went in to get some cash, open a money market and enquirer about private banking. Wouldn’t let me withdraw my own cash after banking for 5 years with 2 forms of ID, all security questions and demanded to know what the money was for. I explained I was disappointed not getting my own money and having yo explain what it was for. They laughed and gave me back my two forms of ID. Look forward to closing my personal and business accounts. ??????

Unprofessional and extremely angry stuff that can do anything to its customers. Be aware of this branch. But the branch manager is helpful

I stopped into the Deerfield Blvd, Mason, OH branch on 10/17/22 to open four new accounts, two personal and two business accounts. The assistant manager, on her cell phone, begrudgingly hung up her call to service these requests. From the very onset and initial greeting, she was distracted and came off as agitated. When I asked her basic questions about my options, she was snarky and abrupt. I continued with the transaction until she became confrontational when I wondered why she needed two years of tax returns for my business. My simple question led to another snarky response. At that point, I had had enough of this horrific customer service experience. I collected my documents and walked out. It blows my mind that a person with poor interpersonal skills could be an assistant manager at a bank. Big miss, Huntington!

Refuse to go here anymore. My card got skimmed and I've been having to go in to get cash out at the bank. Well my ID expired in the middle of covid and there is a ohio bill in affect to where if your drivers license is expired its been extended until July 1 2021 the worker then tells me "I'll do it this one time but next time I won't because we stopped accepting this in January" I don't understand how you can stop accepting ID's that are mandated under a bill and it's law to accept them. Well I get my cash next thing I know huntington is blowing up my phone while I'm trying to work. The reason why is the clerk thought she overpaid me $20 which she did I just didn't notice.They then try to get me to drive all the way back to there location to drop them off $20. This bank location is the worst I've dealt with! I had one of there workers calling me and trying to even push me into getting a savings account with them. This is the only location to ever give me problems all the others have been completely fine.

Long time customer. I continue to receive poor customer service. Long wait times and rude staff. The Manager is very confrontational. He needs to go back to customer service school. I will not use the Mason store ever again and may pull my accounts from HNB. Very dissatisfied with the Mason office and their staff.

Lazy staff. Reached 15 before bank closing time and they told it will take 20 minutes to open account. So asked me to come again. Opened account in other Bank.

I called for a payoff amount on our car loan. David at the branch told me he couldn't do that over the phone, and I would either have to physically walk in or call some 800 number. I hung up and called a different branch location. After they verified it was me, they gave me the payoff without any hassle, and it took a whole 2 minutes.

Awesome bank treats me well nice people fast service never busy the ATM takes cash directly ATM counts it and gives itemized receipt which is my favorite
