All she wanted was the price on a machine that she couldn't seeThe.person she spoke to response when asking to see the price. Better call before you go to this location stopped on11 10 at 8pm said open till 9 sign said new hour close at 8 now just stopped at this location 11 17 at 7:07 pm lady said they closed at7:00 guess they make their own hour and close when they wantno wonder people order on-line should just close if can't keep open hours listed

Within the last 4-5 months this location and every location within 50 miles of it, has gone to absolute hell. I’ve been relying on Joanns for the last 2+ years to help supply my small jewelry business and after I finish transitioning within the next month or so, I will never give them my business again. The location in mason used to be the best, now none of them are worth a visit. Online/in-store stock is never accurate, I’ve driven 40+ minutes here on multiple occasions to buy something they supposedly had, just for them to not have it. They haven’t been stocking new items as they get them, just leaving the shelves empty and barren for WEEKS on end (mind you, they get new stock every week and should be replenishing as it comes in.) I get it if there’s an employee shortage… THEN SHUT THE STORES DOWN AND GET THEM TOGETHER. I’ve been giving them grace for months on end but I am FED up. I have driven/been to every Joanns within 75 miles of the Cincinnati area, including KY locations, they are all having the same issues, so clearly there is something wrong at the corporate level. Long review short: don’t shop here for any business needs, unless you’re doing a random one-off craft, because the products are inconsistent and there is no end in sight. Corporate needs to take a long hard look at their business model and adjust accordingly.

This location showed up while I was online shopping for The Happy Planner and they had more options than I expected. They also had a lot of options for stickers. I love this JoAnn location due to how close they are to me as well as their excellent customer service. Their large variety of fabrics is one of my favorite parts of the store and to have some cut, I have yet to experience a line or long wait. I highly recommend this location!

Had to wait in line forever at the cutting table after one clerk walked away when there was a line and the one remaining clerk was taking forever.

I tend to like this Joann’s better than the one closer to me because it’s bigger and has more stuff but the past few times the line has been extremely long with only like one or two cashiers. Went in recently was in line for 30 minutes and was still behind 3 people. At that point it was about 10 minutes to check out one person. I didn’t have time to wait another thirty minutes to get my 3 items checked out so I put the stuff down and just left. Extremely disappointed in this store as the cashier didn’t even call for help at the front as the line had 10+ people waiting in the line that was spilling out of the line area.

It's a fine place to shop. I was there on Saturday October 29th, an absolutely beautiful day! However, there's only one person working the register and there was a long line and it wasn't worth my wait. So I put my things on the shelf and left.

Wide selection of materials. Some upholstery material in spectrum of colors. Very pleasant customer service employees. Place to go where customers seem happy to be.

The people there are not friendly and damn sure don't go out of their way to help you. Several people in line to check out put their purchases down and left. They had one old lady checking people out and a line a mile long.Wouldn't recommend anyone going there.

The Evendale store is woefully understaffed and under stocked. The Mason store is much, much better.

I went to the Mason store and after I left discovered the clearance price did not ring up right. I was in the area so I went back to get it fixed. Cynthia a manager came to help me. She was amazing. She took the time to give me the right price and was so nice in the process even though she had to re-ring many fabrics that I had purchased. It was amazing to have excellent customer service when there was a problem. Thank you Cynthia!

Joann never disappoints. This store is literally 2 mins walk from my apartment and they also have sale, discounts and great offers on home decor and more.

Staff at this location are friendly and helpful. The selection of seasonal items was good and I found some bargains in the clearance section.
