Truly the best bank around. I always am taken care of right away and all of the staff strives to build a relationship with all of their clients. Always love being greeted by Stephanie when I’m in there and know I can call them if I never need anything.

Key bank puts long holds on checks. Locations and drive thru access are lacking. They won't credit your overdrafts caused by legitimate checks deposited that they put holds on to draw an overdraft. Huntinton bank has 24 hour Grace. I'd choose any bank over keybank. Avoid like it's the plague. Not even the free $200 is worth it. I'd bury my money in the back yard in a can before I trusted keybank with my money

My wife and I have been trying to get her debit card activated for the last year or so while living outside of the United States. When you don't have a social security number banks tend to have a hard time validating who you are over the phone, so they told us to go into the local branch when we arrived.

I'm not sure why the others had a poor experience, but I had an outstanding experience. I'm from NE Ohio, but went in to do a wire. Stephanie was awesome. Did the fastest wire I've done, and helped me get some other things done as well, even though I'm not a customer of her branch. GREAT experience.

The incompetence at this branch is disgusting. I specifically went into the branch and had them furnish a typed letter with my routing and account number. They gave me the wrong routing number. This delayed my paycheck by almost a week. I am now waiting on tax refunds that are lost because of this same error.

DONT USE ATMs!!! If I could give zeros stars I would. This if you use their ATM but have a different bank it's LIKELY to suck in and shred your card for “reasons they cannot disclose†and when you force them to tell you they say a bunch of jiberish about it not being with them and beat around bushes. WORST customer Support ! It's a WEEK before I can use my bank again due to being in an area that doesn't have my bank.

Key has never been a help in anyway. Finally after choosing to bank elsewhere key said they would wait for any pending transactions to clear before closing the account. They did not and I had a business billing and adding extra fees for this. I had to pay fees for keys error.
