Terrible customer service. I called and asked if I could get a sheet cake or have some thing written on it. She then says I need to be there in the store physically for her to write anything on the sheet cake. I live an hour away because my work is right there so as soon as I get there, I pick out a Cake and I’m standing upfront waiting to be helped for 15 minutes. Nobody said hi or I’ll be right with you nothing. There was 3 to 4 workers at this area at this time there is no reason why I couldn’t have been a knowledge in anyway shape or form.

Rude accusatory person in self check out The checkout person named VISHNU is a joke. He is not at the check out when I scanned the wine and a kroger worker person came and help to check my ID. This VISHNU came back and asked if I scan the beer and I said yes , your co worker checked my ID when I scan the wine first. I showed the beer scanned . But then he is not satisfied he went one by one at the screen checking and claimed I didn't. I said be better go ahead and check it again before accusing me. I pointed the scanned wine at the screen. He even didn't apologize. What a rude person.

If there was a negative number, this is what they would receive. For the 2nd time this week, we have had a horrible experience. 1stt with the Kroger insta cart where I specified a store and Kroger and Insta cart ignored me, then I had an employee harass me to the point of calling the police. Now, I decided to try direct Kroger delivery, appt. to receive delivery was bw 2-3 today..... It is 7:40 and no groceries. No one answer customer service and not 1 text or call about being late. I called at 4:20 this afternoon and rep was rude, supervisor was worse. Kroger is a horrible company and has no care for their customers. It is embarrassing that their headquarters is in Cincinnati. Meijer, will be getting my business in the future. Horrible, Horrible Horrible

I shop here about twice a month. Multiple items each trip scan at the wrong price. They advertise one price and it will ring up sometimes multiple dollars more. I have the app coupons and I'm a Kroger plus member. It's just getting ridiculous that they advertise then change it once you're at the register. I assume they just hope you miss it. It's getting really bad that I may switch to Meijer from now on.

Been shopping here for 20 years. I've about had it. Before renovation, they had one 2-stall, nasty, broken down bathroom for women. After Reno, same bathroom but even worse. It is by far, the worst restroom Kroger has of the 6/7 stores I've been in. And way worse than other grocery chains! The room always smells, the tp roller is off the wall in one of the stalls. Other stall is about to fall off the tape holding it together at the bottom. It is the only toilet in the store! And, now after renovation, the aisles are so cut up, it's like a maze that makes no sense. Stock is bad, always out of things. There were several places in the store yesterday where plastic wrap was strewn all across the aisles. There are 3 other Krogers near and a really nice Meijer on Tylersville Rd. Used to go for the employees and great Starbucks, but most of the employees left and Starbucks is further in the store, which makes it not convenient to come in for just that! I don't usually yelp, but this experience has been so awful, I'm done with being loyal to this place.

Worst pharmacy service ever! 2 of 3 registers and the drive-up all closed. Tried to call for 4 hours so far but nobody answers. Completely understaffed. Been waiting for one common prescription for over 2 weeks. I asked why they can't get help and they said everyone goes across the street where Walgreen pays more. DUH! Jack up the pay a little and hire some help!!

Phew. If you need a pharmacy, either don't use this one, or learn how to make your own medicine because I guarantee you both would be faster. Ignore any confirmations that your RX is ready, also. You'll wait 40 minutes in the line and then be told to come back in another 20 minutes because it's not ACTUALLY ready. I've never encountered this wait at any of the other local Kroger pharmacies, but this one is an absolute mess.

I was originally standing in a very long line with only 2 (non you scan registers) open. With it being 2 days before Thanksgiving and 5 pm- I expected there to be more registers open. When I am coming for a quick shopping trip I don't mind using the self scan lanes, but with my cart full I preferred to go to a regular checkout lane. Thankfully, a very friendly manager, Bill, came and opened another lane. I also appreciated the reusable bag/ wine carrier that he gave me to carry my two bottles of wine. The store was well stocked and I was able to find everything I needed. The only reason they are not getting 5 stars is I had to ask 3 different employees of where to locate Velveeta cheese and was sent to very different areas of the store before the third employee correctly told me where to locate it.
