Kroger Pharmacy in Mason oh on 741 ,
Been with them for 20 plus years,But the last year or so,some of the staff are very rude not very helpful,Hardly get updates when medication is fills,
There enrollment for automatic refill is a joke
They do have some very good staff members that are great,
But we move all our prescription to Yost,

I had a consistently frustrating experience at this pharmacy. The staff struggled to locate medicines in their system, prescriptions were never ready on time, and the shelves often lacked the necessary stock. Overall, a disappointing and unreliable pharmacy.

i went to this store on 1 seot.2023 at 1 pm. i was not able to secure a motorizes shopping cart. i was stopped from getting one by a man with a beard. i pushed a manual cart but only bought a small amount of the usual. i will not be back and will take grocery shopping at other stores. the check out clerks were very helpful.

This pharmacy is a joke. They never have any medication and when you ask why you get attitude from the clerks and hung up on.

Incredibly convenient for travelers! My partner and I were staying in a nearby motel to go to King's Island. Even on vacation we don't like having every meal "out" so we were delighted that this Kroger was so nearby to pick up juice, frozen dinners, yogurt, and a few other things and keep in our mini fridge. The store seemed well-stocked and well organized. Prices were reasonable. The self-checkout worked well, so we were in and out in no time. :)

Lazy, rude, careless, disrespectful, disappointing are the words I would use to describe this pharmacy. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. It may save your life Considering this place is full of lazy rude careless and disrespectful people

Staff are very helpful and nice but...this Kroger's doesn't take Applepay for touchless self-checkout. Have to finger punch in alternate phone number if you don't carry Kroger's loyalty card. Cleanness of this particular Kroger's (i.e. Shelving floors) is gross compared much cleaner competition (Walmart, target, other Kroger locations). Some restock vendor's don't wear masks (i.e. Dorito).
