Just all saying employee needs more training about working their stations, only asked one item they send me each other maybe 15 minutes because nobody don't know what I'm asking then thanks God one elder worker help me find my item, there's no problem with Lowe's, problem is after pandemic ppl lose working consecration

Their cashier Jami picks fights with customers and the managers defend her despite random customers coming up to defend the person Jami is fighting with. Easily one of the worst stores I’ve encountered and haven’t been back since. This store should be disgusted with themselves.

I unfortunately had a bad experience at this Lowe’s. I was picking out a bath fan, which I found already open so I took a look at it. Then an employee, named Keith in plumbing, came over and got short with me about looking in the box. Then said I wasn’t going to put it back correctly or lose pieces, and made a drinking gesture to me. I felt accused and did nothing wrong. I would have bought that fan if Keith hadn’t been rude to me. I went to Home Depot down the road instead.

Worst lowes in cincinnati tri-state area. Went into the mason store to buy a door and the employee made me feel in the wrong for getting ready to grab a door that I guess he had sold them all. Instead of saying he can help me get one and find one at another store he yelled down the aisle making sure I didn't grab any of the doors he had just sold ebacuse he sold them all. What a rude employee and I'm sorry I am their to shop, not get yelled at down the aisle that I'm not allowed to purchase a door because he had sold them all. He could have been more helpful.
