Very disappointed with Macy’s lying customer service department!!! I ordered some boots and when I went to finally wear the boots, I realized that one of the boots was two sizes too small. One of the boots was 9 1/2 and the other was 7 1/2. I sent the boots back as directed by Macy’s Customer Service and was told I would be issued a refund for my boots. They said they sent the refund to PayPal. I have not received my refund yet nor has PalPay and this was two months ago. I’ve been on the phone with PayPal customer service and they are not seeing any payment refunded. Macy’s customer service is telling me that there’s nothing that they can do since the refund has been issued. Well, where the HELL is it? Macy’s has just lost a customer of over 20 years. How dare y’all take advantage of someone? And you're a billion-dollar company. I would have been satisfied with just a gift card

I have been dealing with your credit dept. since Sept. 2024, I ordered a $33.00 piece of jewelry, I never received the item, it was reordered by your employee, never received it. My account was charged and then refunded, then I was turned over to your bank for non-payment. In December this problem was solved, but NO it wasn't now I'm being charged $2.00 interest. I paid it once and will never use your Company again. I was also told I would receive a copy of all online conversations, never happened. If your employees don't know what they are saying they should not say things that will not happen. Three months of dealing with this and hours wasted on-line and on the phone, your Company needs to educate its staff. If you would like the names and dates and times I was in conversation with your staff please let me know.

Awful service. Tried to talk to supervisor. Asked for 20 minutes. Person did not understand English Kept ignoring my request and left me on hold. The worst service I have ever had. And all I wanted to do was pay a bill. I am not sure what happened Still on the phone e at 27 minutes. She keeps asking in heavy accent what is my concer and I ask to speak to a supervisor as she has been unable to help me.

I purchased a headboard and a full size bed frame from Macys for $259.11 which was the clearance sale price, and they charged my credit card $513.21 and nothing was delivered, no headboard no bed frame nothing came. But I can assured you all take comfort in the Lord Jesus Christ He have a way to remedy the situations in the lives of his people. Stay Blessed

On 11/13 my card had fraudulent activity on it From Macys Mason Ohio for $806.06. I have continuously reached out to customer service to try to get my money refunded and they have no proper communication skills. I've asked to speak to a supervisor and manager and have not received any help. I understand there is a process of returning money but it's been going on 2 weeks. The customer service is horrible!!! And again Ive hung up the phone angry and with no extra money during the holidays ! Way to go Macys way to go!

Macy's is not communicative. I emailed and emailed with some response. But never with a honest solution. Until I had to yell (in caps) and threaten for action to be taken. Macy's sold me a counterfeit Sealy Posturpedic Hybrid mattress. They have a guarantee that it can be returned. Macy's will pick it up. Well what they say and do is two different things. They didn't want to pick up the mattress. Macy's gave me grief for almost three weeks about picking it up. I was forced to have a mattress in my driveway! I confirmed by phone call and email the pickup dates they were coming. Macy's didn't show up! This is because they don't honor their guarantee. And they are trying to force customers to keep and pay for a fake Sealy mattress. And to this day they have not given me a refund! I had to go to my credit card and file a dispute against them. Can anyone imagine that Macy's would act like this? Well it is not a honest company. And the employees are not honest. Not the CEO who I mailed a letter to and not the lady who didn't help me.
