Only got a mobile tour of the facilities, but it is amazing. If I lived in the community, I would for sure be a member!

My grandmother goes to the senior center every week for bridge and loves it. It’s a great place, friendly environment, very clean.

I take my son sees Dr Evans Yueng here. Everyone is always nice and helpful and you don't have to wait forever for an appointment and my son really likes his doctor.

The center can provide a decent experience ... until a diaper disaster struck (i.e., a fecal incident) at the pool. In response to the exploding diaper, they did not replace the water, but rather only used chemicals to somehow clean it. While these incidents are unavoidably common for public pools, it is how they respond that makes a difference. How they clean the kid pool is not the only issue. Folks sometimes do not cover themselves properly in the kids pool and no one confronts them about it. Sometimes the pool closes early due to certain events and they only sent out emails very shortly before the new closing time. They also close the pool during prime hours (e.g., MWF? 5-8PM) for certain activities. During breaks, it is fine but it is kind of pointless to have a family membership not being able to use the pool during the best time of the day for working parents. In addition, most, if not all, services beside the pool and kids corners are age-restricted. So realistically, for parents with young kids, the actual usage of a family membership is quite limited. That said, the competition pool and the gym are nice. The competition pool is very clean and well-maintained, and is not subject to excessive blocked-out hours. If you are single and do not have kids, the above issues may not matter at all. But if you have kids, beware of these issues.

Extremely disappointed in the prices. Many of the surrounding communities have equal facilities and 1/3 of the cost. There are NO free drop ins for young toddler/preschoolers.My neighbor, who lives in a Mason subdivision travels on Friday morning to Springdale where there’s open gym for young children. The beautiful facility is equipped with a tumbling wedge/mats, tunnels, preschoolsize soccer balls/goals, preschoolbasketballs/goals, a small ball pit, scooters and various other gross motor gym equipment. When a cycling friend told me they joined Lifetime because for their young family it was THE same price!Wow!A public community center: Mason the same as Lifetime?Check prices of Sharonville, Blue Ash, Springdale ( those are the ones I’ve seen pricing on) and question WHY Mason is making fees too high for some families!Yes, in the last 25 years Mason has pulled in major companies that pay big wages. However, there remains the question of ‘community center’.The facility is nice AND paid for in conjunction with the schools by taxes! Maybe we don’t need all the landscaping if we can’t be a community center!

This is very bad. Not only are the staff rude and dismissive, but everything is overpriced. I would literally go broke if I ate there everyday. Also the pool is rarely enjoyable as usually someone has peed in it and they only clean it like twice a month

I attended a Silver Sneakers exercise class for Seniors and had a good workout of cardio, use of weights and band and ball for flexibility and balance.
