We have 6 dogs and regularly visit Mason Family Pet Hospital for their well checks, vaccinations and anytime any of them have an issue.The doctors provide sufficient care and their prices are consistent with other vets in the area.They offer prescriptions at 30-50% higher than online pharmacies like Chewy. Their office will not communicate or work with online pharmacies electronically or otherwise.The office staff struggles with scheduling and general support. Consistently, they are unable to schedule our dogs together for their appointments even with advanced notice. We show up early for our appointments and sit in the waiting room past our appointment time regularly. We are patient, considerate and friendly. We are prepared for our appointments with stool samples when needed and ready to deliver our concerns when asked. Our dogs are well behaved, well groomed and absolute charmers.Today, the grace that I extend for unsatisfactory support and lack of timeliness ended. I showed up at 4:10pm today for our second appointment this week that was confirmed with me verbally when scheduled for 4:15pm. When I arrived, I was informed that they had the appointment scheduled for 4pm and "the doctor said you'll need to reschedule because she's had 3 other late appointments today." I had pre-medicated my puppy to hopefully prevent severe reactions to the boosters he was due to receive.It's clear that I'm the recipient of the doctor's frustration with the late people before me however, the repercussions were too high with me pre-medicating the puppy to let this one slide.We'll be leaving the practice.————-In response to your reply - According to my Life360, I arrived at 4:08pm and left at 4:23pm. Life360 is much more reliable than your office staff trying to cover their missteps.Your office staff text my husband who was on business travel. You’ve been informed that my number is the primary multiple times but, never updated it across the records. There isn’t any logic to the messages he receives and the ones I receive.

Went to inquire about Dr Carr and their office as was recommended by multi people off the Neighborhood Page. Spoke with Jordan for about an hour, she was extremely helpful, kind and honestly. Even spoke with a man there about the care he and his fur baby Harrison received from Dr Carr he was insightful & kind. Looking forward to meeting Dr Carr as well as the other staff members.!

Absolutely AMAZING staff! Love them so much. My dog Lucy and my cat greta come here for their care. Would highly recommend this place. They are caring understanding and so patient no matter what your animal is going through. I will never take my animals anywhere else.

We’ve been going here since we have lived here. Great doctors and great staff. If your pet is sick, they get you in the same day, they don’t make ur baby suffer for days. Highly recommend

Brought my wonderful 14yr old dog to Mason Family Pet for the first time yesterday for a wellness exam and updated shots. He was extremely nervous (think huge tornado of fur on every surface and heavy panting) and the techs Alexis and Amy were wonderful with him, and Dr. Carr was very patient and gentle. I absolutely recommend this facility!

Been taking my baby girl here for 5 years and I am very pleased with the staff and their communication. My baby had her first teeth clean/ a tooth pulled. I was honestly very nervous about leaving her alone for the whole day, but I trusted they’d take care of her. And that’s exactly what they did. They were very communicative and thorough about the step by step procedure and cost. They were extremely kind and very professional. Would highly recommend.

The staff is so friendly and kind to my fur babies. The rooms are clean and the services are fast and efficient. They also were able to give me an estimate for dental work, and I’m always so grateful for how affordable the care is, especially since I have four cats to care for. Also love the groomer recommendations and resources for other pet needs outside of their scope.

I had called in late at night once, leaving a mildly frantic voicemail asking questions about issues I was having with my cat. The excellent Dr. Devore was at work late taking care of other work and still called me to help with my cat around 9 PM. *Most* of the staff really care about you and your pets’ needs and the overall well being of your pet. However, the receptionist staff are probably the most rude and cold individuals and make the whole process of visiting that much more difficult. It seems like anything you say or ask is such an inconvenience to them and they make you very aware it in their body language, tone of voice, and the constant sighing. Most of the time when I am here visiting with my pets, it’s not because everything is going great with them (just as a person goes to visit a doctor). So to be greeted with attitude and discourtesy first thing leaves such a sour taste in my mouth.
