Dr. Gettys and Dr. Ruck are absolutely wonderful! I switched from TriHealth to Mercy. Extremely pleased! Moved the whole family to the practice.

Amal Sarah is absolutely terrible, cuts off patients when they are speaking, rude, and apparently, ruptures eardrums too! Ruptured my S/O's eardrum while checking his ears, the appointment was for medication withdrawals, not even related. Do not see her. TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE. TERRIBLE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Wish I could give 0 stars. Terrible healthcare, if you can even call it that.

Dr Prashanth Kesav is very arrogant and harsh. he doesn’t know how to talk to the patients. He makes fun of the patient if anything was asked. It is not the first time, he is always like this. We are not at his mercy so we are planning to change the Dr and location for this reason.I and my family visited multiple Mercy Health locations but never had this kind of experience. Mercy Health better hire Doctors who can treat patients well.

Dr. Firestein in gynecology treated me so horribly that I'm filing formal complaints. He called me unstable and a crazy cat lady when I asked him about sterilization. He laughed in my face and told me I had control issues when I asked about birth control side effects. He refused to treat me unless I underwent a psychiatric evaluation for the aforementioned instability because I "might need medicine!" I was belittled and made to feel stupid and like I was wasting his time.I have never felt so disrespected or hopeless about my medical care.

dr. Brandy Gettys is excellent doctor♥️ I used to go TryHealth and I switched Mercy health because of her. she always listens gives you advice .all my family goes there. everybody’s so nice so sweet I love this place and recommend for everyone

I just left this facility and don't quite understand all of the negative reviews.I went for an MRI,and lab work.The receptionists at both departments were both very prompt and pleasant.Jenn the MRI technician was fantastic and couldn't have been any sweeter.Carla, the phlebotomist was OUTSTANDING,in drawing my blood.She was done with it,and I NEVER FELT THE NEEDLE! I've never had such an experience with a blood draw in all my life!Both experiences couldn't have been any better!

I am so impressed with this practice and the care that they've provided for my aging parents for so many years! I am especially thankful for Dr. Dyatra Mitchell and Ms. Amber Bramlee. They were so kind to our family this week when we were urgently moving my mother into a care facility. They were able to see my mother for a same-day appointment and fill out the intake forms we needed to get her moved quickly. We would not have been able to get my mother the care she needs without their help!

The intake woman who can barely speak intelligible English got testy with me while I was waiting for the Member ID needed for my insurance. Not only lost my daughter as a patient, but my entire family (there are 6 of us). Everytime we have come, intake has been less than nice, and we aren't coming back again.

The doctors are wonderful but the support staff who populate the lobby area don't seem to understand the meaning of professionalism. While awaiting a blood draw today I was forced to hear a rep's complaints about "the dumb Democrats" and how she's "so fed up with them>' This is a public area where every patient should feel that neither they or their political leanings are threatened. Very inappropriate, yet not the first time I've witnessed hostile behavior on the part of public-facing staff here.

This is the he third time this facility has lost orders for lab work sent by my cancer care providers. Also he lobby situation is pretty ridiculous. The ladies receiving patients run through the standard questions with patients but one person in particular was hard of hearing and expected everyone to speak louder. Essentially patients had to shout their personal medical issues to the entire lobby population. Very silly and embarrassing for all. The design of the lobby space is mostly to blame. It could be fixed with privacy walls etc. Plenty of room to make adaptations.

Dr. Samai was more worried about charging my insurance never helped me just cares about money and running test i didnt even need xray for a impacted gallbladder wow. Go anywhere else this place is a joke. Then when i confronted them about it they said go to the emergency room. Horrible place go anywhere else they dont care about people just money.
