“Could not be more satisfied with my experience. A tenant left me with a house full of stuff. I called to schedule in the evening and they arrived the next morning. I grossly underestimated the volume of stuff that needed to be hauled off, but they were able to rearrange their schedule so they could haul it all away the same day. The crew was super hard working and professional. I’d give 10-stars if I could. Would use them again for sure.”

“Our third time using Leaders; this time to move my mother from one apartment to another across town. Ken and Marco showed up on time, polite, professional, took their time wrapping and protecting everything; called out damage on a piece of furniture before they moved it to let us know it was pre-move, and in the end when they had to carry the furniture a good distance into the apartment and down a level complained zero. Good guys and a good move.”

“I had left a message at this location and was pleasantly surprised when it was returned very quickly.
Not only did Peyton return the call in a very timely manner but she was extremely helpful.
I have a bad knee and I'm not supposed to be driving but I was not happy about having to pay a fee to pay over the phone and I thought that was my only other option. Payton not only explained to me that there is another option but she patiently ,twice that's how patient she was, walked me through exactly how to do that.
It was so nice to talk to somebody that That was not only knowledgeable but seemed to genuinely be happy to help.”

“Our experience with Kendrick movers was fantastic. Dan went over every detail with us on the phone about what the process will be like including what to expect for cost. They called the day before to confirm the move and showed up on time the day of even during a rainy morning. They were courteous, professional, and handled everything with care- they even wrapped our furniture so carefully! They moved us from our downtown home, picked up boxes at our storage unit, and put everything in its belonging room at our new house. 10+ hours of work! They worked hard. We made sure to buy them pizza, provide drinks, and tip each one of them. We hope to never move again, but if we do, it will be Kendrick’s each time!!!!”

“So far, we are quite happy with our experience(We moved from a competitor's location where we experienced true filth including rats, bugs, mice, and all manner of debris outside the unit in the GRAVEL lot. Trust me. A gravel lot is NOT a good idea at a storage unit.)Rock Castle has friendly staff who are ON SITE and available for answering questions. Their pricing is MUCH better.... the lowest in the area.... and they even gave us a discount as senior citizens. I believe they also discount to veterans.The lot is not pristine... a good sweep or blower run around the units would help, but it is such an improvement over our previous situations that I really can't complain.”
“Kind of tight getting there, unload was fast, first dock you come to, open doors, slide tandems put paperwork in trailer, when green light comes on ALL DONE. I was out of there in less than 30 minutes.
So now I have to edit my review. Evidently if you come here after Noon, you will be here quite a while. Got here 130 for a 330 appointment, 4 trucks ahead of me. Didnt get into the door until 8 pm. They are taking 2 hours to unload 7 rolls off each truck. Its insane. If you come after Noon, make sure you have plenty of time on your clock.”
