“I rented a storage container from the Hamilton Ohio location to store furniture in my driveway while I had water/mold damage fixed in my home. The rental price was very reasonable and they included moving blankets to protect my furniture. The whole process was easy and the staff was very professional. Hopefully, I won't have to deal with water and mold damage again but I would definitely call them again for storage or moving in the future.”

“Great experience. We moved a very large home into a small town-home with a lot of steps and tight turns and also to a storage unit. Experience started with the person who walked us through all the things we needed to move and created the quote, he asked great detailed questions with some followups to get us a very accurate price. Their price was more than one service that obviously didn't estimate enough time or materials and it was much less than another one that required a third party to do a few things. The packers that arrived were the same people who were doing the move the next day so they were able to not only pack, but also start staging to be prepared and more efficient the next two days of the move. The move was great. The movers were professional, friendly, but very efficient. Didn't take a lot of breaks and it felt like everyone had a job to do and knew their job to make things move along faster. I felt very bad for some of the heavy items that had to go up multiple flights of stairs, but they moved everything without complaint and not damage to furniture or house. I would highly recommend Planes and will use them again.”

“So far, we are quite happy with our experience(We moved from a competitor's location where we experienced true filth including rats, bugs, mice, and all manner of debris outside the unit in the GRAVEL lot. Trust me. A gravel lot is NOT a good idea at a storage unit.)Rock Castle has friendly staff who are ON SITE and available for answering questions. Their pricing is MUCH better.... the lowest in the area.... and they even gave us a discount as senior citizens. I believe they also discount to veterans.The lot is not pristine... a good sweep or blower run around the units would help, but it is such an improvement over our previous situations that I really can't complain.”

They squeezed us in on short notice, showed up exactly when they said they would and loaded the whole house out very efficiently! Money well spent! They did it in 6.5 hours and it would’ve taken me a couple days. “Drivers, if you are delivering stock rolls of paper, put paperwork in back of trailer and back into door with sign saying roll stock. This door has a sensor which tells workers inside you are in the dock. When finished the light will turn green and paperwork will be in the back. No overnight parking allowed. About 15 minutes to unload once I was in the door.”
