  Have been bringing cars here for 20 years since Sam owned the shop. Junior has taken charge and runs a tight ship. They are always honest and up front about repairs and costs and I never feel like Im getting the run around. I will continue to bring my cars here for repairs because I trust them completely and you should too. 🤙🏼

  Kevin at Muennich’s is a straight shooter and very honest. We had an emergency situation where a flashing check engine light with a Hyundai Santa Fe sport. Not knowing why it was flashing, Kevin quickly accommodated us on short notice and let us know ow that the car needed to be seen by the dealership due to a critical code. He gave us a lot of advice and is extremely knowledgeable about cars. Highly recommend him and his team!!!!!

  I had a problem with my truck and it wasn't safe to drive. They got me in quick, fixed the problem quickly, and gave me a fair price. Excellent Customer Service!

  Great customer service. Street having Honda tell us we had oil leak we got a second opinion from Muennich. Glad we did because they told us Honda overfilled us on oil and broke our oil cap. They took care of us and saved us a ton of money.

Mike was very personable and friendly, they helped me with an issue on my vehicle that was under warranty and they were very understanding.   We love this auto shop! Kevin, Jr, and Mike take amazing care of our whole fleet of vehicles. We trust them to do honest work. There have been times when we thought something needed to be fixed and they assured us it didn’t. Love companies that don’t take advantage of their customers.

  If I could give this establishment zero stars I would. I took my car here back in 2021 for repair and the owner conducted business well. I brought my car in for another A/C repair and Mike quoted me $250 in which I was prepared to pay when I arrived. Prior to arrival, Mike called and left a message asking if I could pick up my car early because he wanted to leave work early, and so I arrived. When receiving the bill the invoice showed $350 and when I questioned the price he said he estimated wrong during our conversation from the previous day (a full $100 off). Not to mention Mike is saying derogatory comments about other customers as he ends phone calls. I bought my mom with me because she usually can tell when someone is trying to get over with me being younger. When my mom asks him questions about my car he turns to her and says, “You don’t have anything to say to me because you owe us $3,000”.I instantly begin asking for proof along with the false accusations, because why would I bring in a “thief” with me and why would I be associated with one? He could not provide me proof and he then “feels bad” and voids the payment for the service because he “didn’t want a bad review”. As I walk out Mike yells, “Don’t ever come back to this establishment again”.I have never in life been accused of being a thief/ neither has my mom. I have not dealt with such unprofessionalism, racial targeting, character defamation, and discrimination before until today. Writing this enrages me. When I had my mom call back to clear up the confusion he simply hangs up in the middle of her sentence. I’d like to know with all of the information you collect from customers why haven’t you sued for the $3,000 someone owes? I liked this place and trusted them with my car. I even made the mistake of referring people I know here, but never again.I made sure I have an invoice saying paid in full/voided because I refuse to be falsely accused.Services: Vehicle Inspection

  There are several good auto repair shops in our area. Good was not enough and my research directed me to Muennich Car Care. I asked that my wife’s vehicle be reviewed for safety and what would be necessary to prolong its life and enhance the ride.I received an estimate lower than expected and was told exactly what was needed. This honesty and integrity is the exception in the auto care market.We had the repairs made and the result was a safer better handling car.I strongly recommend Kevin and son for your auto repair needs.
