I went to the mason Montgomery road Quest and couldn't be anymore pleased with the experience.
I really wish i would have gotten the two women's name that helped me. They were fantastic.

The ladies that work at the Mason-Montgomery road location are absolutely the best. They have been doing it for decades, and besides the quality being excellent, they are so very personable and fun. I drive a long way to that location just because of them.

I was able to schedule online from my phone, when I arrived I was able to check in using my phone. My wait time was less than 5 minutes and the nurse was friendly and efficient (painless)!

I had to have blood drawn after fasting and that is on my list of least favorite things to do. I'm not familiar with the area and when I pulled in there was no indication about what the building is. There is an allergy Dr on one side and fertility clinic on the other that makes it a bit confusing. I walked into the lobby and saw that there are a couple of businesses in the back listed on the letter board, Quest was one of them. I walked in to the tiny lobby and checked myself in. Since I had made an appointment online this just required me to scan my appointment barcode and ID. I didn't mind not having to talk to a person. The lady that came and got me and took my blood was an absolute doll. She was one of the nicest humans, we talked about kids and grandkids and before I knew it she had collected all of my blood. I am deathly afraid of needles and this was honestly the easiest blood draw I've ever been through. It does say that they take walk ins, however, someone tried when I was there and she told him she was booked and unable to accommodate a walk in, so it's best to make an appointment.
