I had to have blood drawn after fasting and that is on my list of least favorite things to do. I'm not familiar with the area and when I pulled in there was no indication about what the building is. There is an allergy Dr on one side and fertility clinic on the other that makes it a bit confusing. I walked into the lobby and saw that there are a couple of businesses in the back listed on the letter board, Quest was one of them. I walked in to the tiny lobby and checked myself in. Since I had made an appointment online this just required me to scan my appointment barcode and ID. I didn't mind not having to talk to a person. The lady that came and got me and took my blood was an absolute doll. She was one of the nicest humans, we talked about kids and grandkids and before I knew it she had collected all of my blood. I am deathly afraid of needles and this was honestly the easiest blood draw I've ever been through. It does say that they take walk ins, however, someone tried when I was there and she told him she was booked and unable to accommodate a walk in, so it's best to make an appointment.

Blood work completed. Information incorrect and can't find results... never sent to my doctor and not on mychart.

Even though it is a very snowy /ice day, Debbie was there on time at 6:30 am, she took care of us immediately with full kindness. Especially, drawing blood is always an issue on my arms, at least 2 tries,. She is amazing, made it with only one try and 0 pain. Thanks for the professional and also kind attitude!

Don't come here. The level of stupidity and unwillingness to do anything that helps is unbelievable. Waited an hour for a 11am appointment and still didn't get my biometric screening done. Made me do there job the entire time.

I regularly have my blood drawn here. The last few times I had Debbie. She was on schedule, very kind, and I received the blood results within a couple of days. I couldn't ask for any better service! Thanks, Debbie!

A worst service I every had. Got blood work months ago, my Doctor never receive the results, no one answer the phone. I have to be there in person and took forever waiting on line to get the service. Strongly not recommended!!!

I'm writing a review after my visit for routine labs and after seeing previous negative reviews. I just had to say that my staff was nothing but professional, kind, and quick. Got me in and out right at my appointment time. Thank you.

Made appointment and showed up 10 minutes early. Waiting room is tiny and full of people coughing. Forced to either abandon appointment and leave or wait in the Contagion Chamber as they can't call or sms you when it's your turn. It's half an hour after my appointment time and they still haven't called me. Will never ever use them again.

I don’t think they have ever run on schedule here. I regularly get my blood drawn here and they are slow as molasses. Even when you have an appointment, they will run behind. Don’t even think about trying to be a walk in.

This place always has people waiting but it goes quickly. I have to say these women are THE BEST at drawing blood! I told her I am always a hard stick. She got it on the first try, absolutely no bruise!! I am amazed. Usually people have to stick me a few times or jiggle the needle around inside causing bruises or the blood stops flowing so they have to stick again. Not at this Quest. Each time I have gone (and my husband too) they have done a great job!

Extremely rude staff, absolutely no patience, and one hell of an attitude. I’d expect better out of those who work in the medical field. If I could leave 0 stars, I would.
