They don’t tell you what services are live??? They choose to withhold that from their parishioners……
Makes me question their true intent. It’s obviously not to be fair , truthful and forthcoming…..

Awesome church! Great worship & Pastor Paul is all about reaching the lost to be saved! They give so much to the community & church planting!

Pastor Paul is very charismatic and the music is out of this world! I am worried about the size of the church - I’ve gone twice recently for Christmas and been pointed in the direction of the overflow chapel to watch on screen. I also don’t understand how some services are streamed instead of live. It seems like additional services and staff need to be added to afford face to face interaction. Starting to feel like a disconnected and flashy, business-minded, mega church and I hate to see it!

Thanks Pastor Paul & Team RCC we were blessed by your balanced understanding and teaching of The Bible in the 7 Letters Series and the hospitality shown to us.
We look forward to tuning in online to additional messages in the future. #ForCincy

So 1st I want to say that I already have a home church. I'm not looking for another one BUT because my daughter had to work this morning (kings island) I decided to visit this church. I've been wanting to visit since before the reconstruction but she never worked Sunday mornings. Secondly I will try not to compare this church to my church. I attended the 10:15 a.m. service. Today they had baptisms and that was awesome. Parking was a real challenge as ALL of the 1st Time Visitors parking spots were still full at 9:50 a.m. AND all the handicap spots were also full. There is a whole yellow stripped section across from the handicap parking that could be used for handicapped parking....but it's just an open wasted space. With that being said.....the Greeters were friendly and welcoming. The lobby was very busy, bustling and crowded....in a good way. Folks were there to here the Word and there's nothing wrong with that. It was a little traffic jam trying to get into the sanctuary. When I got inside 1. I was greeted and welcomed again (a plus), 2. I noticed folks putting ALOT of 'reserved' cards on alot of seats....especially up front. Now I don't know if it was for the ones that got baptized or not BUT one would think there would be some spots towards the front for the First Time Visitors. 3. The seats in the Main Sanctuary were like the old movie theater seats with double arms that hold cups/bottles. THAT I did not like and had to ask if I could sit in the Wheelchair Companion Seat as it seemed like one of the greeters didn't want me to sit in it otherwise. I told her that these seats were not WIDE HIP FRIENDLY. She said it was okay to sit there. 4. Had she told me that there were armless chairs in the CHAPEL (which I didn't know there was one....you know 1st Time Visitor and all) I would've sat in there. 5. The praise and worship team was LOUD....and to be fair I'm used to that at my church as I am on the Praise & Worship Team too.....the only difference is... they were so loud that I couldn't hear ANYBODY ELSE sitting in the sanctuary singing.....that included the folks sitting around me. I also noticed that the team didn't dial back the fullness of their voices in any of the songs so that the CHURCH could raise up their praise. 6. The pastor was engaging and finished out the 5 week sermon in Ecclesiastes; but I felt that he cut away to too many videos throughout the sermon. 6. The VIP room was open but only one person was in that area so 1st Time Visitors filled out cards in the lobby. You will either get a bible if you've accepted Christ that day OR a free shirt from their little store. 7. FREE COFFEE (nuf said 😁) 8. Layout of the church is lovely....upstairs (balcony) is their when the Main Sanctuary fills up as well as space in the Chapel. Lots of comfortable seats in the lobby, swing seats outside, benches/table. 9. Like my church (at least ours direct traffic to get us out of the parking lot) Rivers Crossing had 2 sheriffs on the premises. Where I sat one was inside in the corner for the entire service! Y'all are gonna be safe!🙂 10. If you decide to go upstairs for the service...know that there are NO restrooms UPSTAIRS! 11. TOILET SEATS ARE LOW....you better have strong legs to get back up! 12. And this should've been 1st...the church IS DIVERSE! All in all....now that I know that there is SIZE INCLUSIVE seating in the Chapel, the next time my daughter has to work.... I'll stop by again!

When I was there, they were doing a series on the Holy Spirit and called it "Ghost Stories" (?), complete with a big elaborate campfire setup right there on stage, with expensively-designed logs and a fake fire that belched smoke. That was all fun and games, I guess, until the pastor chided the congregation, and I quote: "You all really need to step up in your giving. I mean, the campfire fairy doesn't drop all this cool stuff off for free."Needless to say, that was the last time I attended.Oh, and there was also the time a different pastor talked about giving more (there's a pattern) and felt it necessary to show a picture of his newly remodeled kitchen and talk through how it pales in comparison to his "dream kitchen", but he's closer to God than others who don't give as much because of his willingness to "sacrifice".Keep all the fancy props and lights and especially the money-centered grossness. Give me Jesus.

Love this chuch! The people are genuine and friendly. The messages are biblical and delivered with love. There are a lot of opportunity to make connections and to serve the community.

The worship team is really good. However, the church as a whole didn’t make any effort at making me and my wife feel welcome.Everyone had their own cliques and no one ever bothered with making us feel welcome at all.We attended this church for about 6 months (October 22-may 23).We walked out during the Taylor swift sermon and never came back.
