This was our first time buying a home. Brock and Erica made the daunting process so easy! They were always quick to answer questions and Brock especially was a rock star. We could text him any time with questions and he would always get back to us promptly. Having this team on our side made all the difference for us and we will definitely recommend them to others!

Our experience directly with VanDyk was wonderful - they were very prompt in answering our questions and they were so fast with the process that we closed exactly 2 weeks from the date our offer was accepted (and could've closed sooner had schedules allowed).However, our loan was transferred to AmeriHome Mortgage and they are HORRIBLE. We have been trying to recast our loan and have yet to get in contact with anyone who can help us with this. Had we known more about the loan being transferred to AmeriHome, we would not have used VanDyk and would have gone another route.
