Great for a trailer park! The roads could use a little bit of help but lot rent prices are great. Lebanon school district which is great, the people are nice. The management is awesome! Honest people and not what you think when it comes to trailer parks.

Hidden and beautiful location. Some mobile homes could use some pressure washing on their exteriors. The rent per lot is affordable for all.
