Tried to get an appointment at TWO salons for my wife (a while ago), and NEITHER of them even bothered to call back. I'm writing this exact same review for both (Shear Class & Kim Harper). I left detailed messages for both, hoping for a scheduled full service appointment the following week. One called back well after the fact, but didn't bother to leave a message, and the other never bothered to call back at all. Maybe the each have more customers than they can handle, but when a potential customer tries to schedule an appointment ahead of time for a service that costs a few hundred dollars, a simple call back shouldn't be too much to ask.

I've been coming to Sharon for years, and have never had a bad haircut. She is very friendly, knowledgeable, and punctual... you'll never wait because she's late. It's a one person operation, so you get to know her quickly, and once you do, you'll never go anywhere else. Updo's, perms, coloring, she does it all and makes it look easy. She's a real gem.

Sharon is a wonderful person. Our family loves how she cuts and styles our hair and she's always willing to fit you in for anything you need. The best part is talking to her about life and random things in-between. We try to go more often than we normally do because I need it for my bangs, but it gives us an extra excuse to see her too. Highly recommend!
