I would like you to think twice before storing things here because I left things there for 3 months. But when I was picking them up, I couldn't find them all because my valuables were stolen. I called the police and reported them. I handed them over to insurance. Insurance didn't cover the lost items, even though they were worth a penny. My advice to you is to think twice before storing things here. The security here is very low. I made a mistake. Don't make the same mistake. I recommend the mini storage next door because I used it twice before. The security is very bad.

Darrin was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about his property and the storage units he has available. He explained everything clearly and with transparency. It took me 30 minutes and I completed my tour and signing the lease on the unit he recommended. The facility is in an excellent location and very well taken care off. Near and clean with secured gates. Thank you.

Darrin the manager was very friendly and helpful with my storage needs. He made sure I understood all the paperwork and even checked on me at the unit to make sure that everything was okay. This was a great experience and I appreciate how much Darrin cares about his customers!

Buyer Beware. I needed a 5X10 storage for about 24 months which, they had multiple available. The original price was $15 per month. They let me pay 5 months upfront at the original rate but told me that the price could increase after that. I asked what a typical price increase looks like and they told 10%-15%. 10%-15% increase every 4-5 months is understandable and I could accept that. However, I was recently informed that the price increase I was receiving was not 10%-15%, not 20%-25%, and not even 30%-35%. It’s a 63% increase. A 63% increase is predatory and also bad business. Rather than have a guaranteed renter in a non-temperature controlled indoor unit for the next 19 months, you’ve priced me out because I can’t be certain that price increase won’t become a trend and I refuse to endure a 63% increase every 4-5 months.

Not a secure facility. Cameras do not work and gate that is supposed to control access does not work.

We have used this iStorage for over 7 years now and really like it there. We live 1 block up Wilkens Blvd. and location is very convenient. I can leave home, drive there, grab what I need from storage, and be back home in 6 minutes. I love that I can park right beside my locker. I don’t have to walk down a long hall, use an elevator, or use a cart because I can’t carry a box that far. My 2 concerns were walking on ice in the winter and heat damaging stored photos. Neither has been a problem. I just plan my trips so I don’t need to be there in icy weather and my photos have not been damaged in any way by not being temperature controlled.
Darrin became manager there in Sept. 2024. He has been great. He is knowledgeable, helpful, and enthusiastic. He gives suggestions and goes above and beyond to help the customer.
A problem is that iStorage does not accept electronic payments from my bank - they only accept mailed payments from the bank and sometimes there are delays and the threat of a late charge. My last payment was mailed from my bank on April 25 and was received in the iStorage mail on May 8 (13 days later). It would be very helpful to all involved if you would accept electronic payments from banks.

The office on site is no longer open (2024). I used them for a temp place while moving may/june 2024 and even though I've been there only 2 months, the paved areas for the drive up have dramatically gone down hill. The exit area is near about impassable. I do not feel safe there. People hanging about, not well lit. Overgrown brush all along a side, bottles on the ground, smell of urine....and no one in the office.

Place is terrible. Rent keeps going up and the condition of the property just keeps going down.
The exit gate stuck on me and wouldn't open
Had to put code in again to get it to open rest of way. Exit keypad is loose at ground so it wobbles all over the place when you try to type code in
Concrete is so bad that it puddles and is full of muddy water. So i drove my clean truck in and when i left whole right side of truck was covered in mud. I don't recommend
