Went in today for a fitting after a bad experience at a different store on Friday. The ladies here were helpful right away and so kind throughout the process. Highly recommend if you need a little more guidance on sizes and what to choose!

I have a hard time finding bras that fit me, and the staff were so kind and helpful. I've never shopped at Soma before, and I gotta say, the bras are super soft and comfortable.

Not very kind to a first-time customer. For personal reasons, I could not make it into the store yesterday, and decided to order online for pickup. I inquired about the order the next day after no info (which is fine, it was processing), & they acted like they didn’t have it at first. Then acted like I was an idiot for asking. Not kind or helpful. Disappointed. Should be treated the same new or old, in-person or online.

Theae ladies at the Mason location treated me with so much kindness! I walked in so anxious & in tears because of a bad experience at a different Soma location the day prior. These ladies really took care of me! I learned so much from them and found my FAVORITE Soma location in Ohio! I will be recommending them to all of my lady friends. Thank you Miss India & Miss Janet for all of your help & making me feel so pretty ?

I went to this location today (3/21/22) because I was in desperate need of new bras. I'm a single mom so I had my 3 year old son with me. My son is still getting used to being out and about since the pandemic so he was wanting to just run everywhere. I had him in the dressing room trying to get him to calm down and sit. He wanted so badly to crawl out from underneath the dressing room. The two absolutely wonderful ladies working at about 12:30-1:00ish were lifesavers. One of them was grabbing bra sizes I needed and the other lady offered to watch my son while I tried them on.?? He was just wanting to crawl in and out of the dressing room I was in so she kept an eye on himI know this is not when he decided to crawl out. She absolutely did not have to do that for me but I was beyond grateful she did. It allowed me the time to find exactly what I needed. Thank you. You both went above and beyond to help me. This is something I won't forget. You absolutely have my business! ♥️

Lydia & Bev were so amazingly knowledgeable & helpful. I had my 7 year old son with me who obviously had no interest in coming to this store lol. They got me in and out in a heartbeat! Lydia and Bev both listened to my concerns and pulled several bras that all fit perfectly in a matter of minutes. Based off what I told them they knew exactly what to recommend. They also measured me and made sure I was in the right size AND even gave me tips on how to care for the bras properly. I seriously cannot thank them enough for their amazing customer service. I will recommend everyone to this store!

Simply a divine experience from beginning to end. Product quality and variety is unparalleled which makes for a truly remarkable selection. Lydia is without a doubt the most amazing sales associate.
