If you are planning to use their self service kiosk to print a page or 2 (a home printer takes a few seconds), expect to spend 45 mins on their but printers... From 30 second lags on every touch, 15 minutes for a credit card swipe, and regular freezes with a good chance for the machine needing 1 or 2 reboots causing you to restart from the beginning, it is torture. Plus the staff there will refuse to help you but rather will just smile and watch you struggle with their problematic machines... (To be clear, I don't think the staff could do anything either because it's the machines that have these horrible software issues)

Recently bought a printer at Staples and the Customer Service and ease of selecting and purchasing was excellent. Would definitely buy there again.

Shopping at Staples is efficient due to ready stock and helpful staff. in a time compressed world, in and out is appreciated.

Staples, in general, seems to be struggling. Variety is less, prices are higher, and so-called "deals" have a lot of exceptions. Did not complete planned purchases because of disproportionately high prices. Will be worth waiting a couple of days.

Can’t emphasize enough how appreciative I am of the people at the printing center. Not only did they print my rush order within 20 minutes, but also went above and beyond with cutting to size, laminating, and trimming again. My company was on a serious time crunch with this project, and staples made it happen. I didn’t get her name, but I am endlessly thankful for her hard work and care.

The only reason I’m taking the time to write this review is to commend Dale at printing services for his outstanding customer service. Staples online ordering is such a mess. Our business card order from a week ago was delayed and the courier delivery was canceled. This wasn’t the local store’s fault, and yet he went out of his way to make sure we received our order. Thanks Dale for your service!

Horrible customer service. Everyone was incredibly slow, there were 4 employees and one other customer in the store and it took forever to get help.

Was trying to shop for a chair and I wasn't even inside the store for 5 minutes and was told they were closing at 6PM on Saturday. Apple Maps shows they are open until 9PM. I told them this and they just looked at me stupid. Not my fault your company doesn't update its hours. I'll just shop else where going forward.
