I’m not one to complain or write reviews, but this location is disappointing 9/10 times. I can’t even order certain drinks here because they make them wrong. For example, if you order a vanilla cream cold brew, you will receive a cup of cream. I’ve tried to do “lite” cream and it comes out the same way. This morning I placed a mobile order at 7:32a, and the app instructed me to arrive in 7-9 minutes. I pull into the drive thru at 7:39 and let them know I have a mobile order. I was then rudely told that I need to either show up later or stop placing mobile orders because they don’t have it ready yet. I kindly let them know that I placed the order 7 minutes ago. The woman on the speaker tells me they got it 3 minutes ago. So we are now engaged in a disagreement over the speaker. This is not how you conduct proper customer service. I would have been perfectly fine to even pull out of the drive thru and give it a few minutes. But I’m not okay to engage in an argument over the time my order was placed through a drive thru speaker.

This SBUX location is under staffed and there is complete chaos. Apart from the long wait times, the staff are unable to fill orders in any order, and the pressure from the drive through is adding to the confusion. I would go to another

Can't say for atmosphere since I tend to always go through the drive thru which can get packed during the afternoon. Lines can form from the window back to the entrance of the lot so you may expect to wait on the road lane at times. So far the few times I've been here, my orders have been what I want & no mess ups for me so far.

Fastest morning Starbucks dive through EVER. Literally the least amount of time spent in that line, and it was to the street when I arrived. Coffee was perfect and my danish was hot!

Very rude service. The barista made the drink order incorrectly. My husband stood there for ten minutes trying to make eye contact in order to have them corrected. The workers wouldn’t make eye contact. Finally he asked if someone could help. Instead of speaking they look at the drinks and my husband’s order. The guy tears off the labor and shoved it to another person who looks at it and continues what she was doing. Eventually she remakes them and pushes them to my husband with no eye contact and no apology. It’s a good thing they work at Starbucks because if anywhere else people wouldn’t go there with this horrible service. It isn’t hard to be kind and say sorry we will fix it.

this is usually a good starbucks but the past two times they’ve messed tf up my drink. i ordered a sugar cookie latte with oat milk and cold foam, light ice. no oatmilk, no cold foam, ice filled to the top. i am now even more depressed then usual as i go into school.

Don't train a new guy in your busiest time of day. Waited 20 minutes, no coffee, I left. Enjoy the $9 I just gave you.

I didn't catch that slick comment about the extra sugar packets at the window, but if you want to be funny because of what a customer orders, make sure it's funny to you and the customer!

There was a lot of small, unsupervised children running around and touching peoples stuff. A kid being followed by an adult there kept trying to pet the service dog with us and when told to please stop, the adult continued to talk to the dog. It appeared to be children of a worker as they kept going behind the desk and their guardian was in and out. There was even a big sign up saying “Disability Pride Month,” all while they (and their child) wouldn’t leave the working service dog alone. It seemed unprofessional and was a continuous distraction from what we had to do. It looked like a daycare (toys and food scattered everywhere) and many other patrons also looked unhappy. Some more education about service dog etiquette is much needed and would be appreciated.

The staff was authentically kind and helpful. The cafe felt comfortable with community space, working alone space, and space to be alone with a couple of friends, family, or even a date. It had one of the better cafe spaces out of Starbucks in the surrounding areas.
