Rude and dishonest employees. They sold me home internet with old version of equipment and promised to exchange it with newer version if i have any problems, and I started having problems with current one so I decided to exchange it and they said they don’t have it.

Guessing GG's review was about the associate Fabiola, who has curly hair. My experience was horrifying. She immediately was abrasive when I stated I wished to drop-off my old phone for the pre-order trade I did, and had confirmed it was possible by both a previous associate there AND online customer service. She refused at first to even look up my account, denying me the option to turn in the phone. Then when I was adament that she at least check my account, she told me to leave b/c I wasn't the auth signer on the account, which she found out later was a clear mistake on her part for inputing the wrong phone number during the lookup. She never even apologized, which means she felt what she did was fine. Dropping off a phone shouldn't be such a hassle. Will move to another carrier if I have to keep interacting with her.

Chris provided excellent customer service. He was extremely patient and took his time to resolve some issues while setting up a new phone.

The Mason T-mobile store is the best!We are older and are technologically challenged! LolThe staff at this store are very kind, patient, and knowledgeable!!! We were assisted by several people (Ryan, Chris and Ethan, the store manager).All of them were attentive and helpful!This store is so superior to Spectrum!!!Make the switch….you’ll be glad that you did! The store is run very well, and well staffed. We were always greeted cheerfully, and never had to wait for service. Other cell phone stores should take notice! This is the way to run a business!!!

My friend purchased a new I Phone 15 Pro Max. He picked it up yesterday and has had issues ever since. No facetime. (No incoming calls yesterday) No email. The fella was nice and tried everything. He told us to go to Best Buy because they can run diagnostics. Here at T Mobile they can’t. They just sell them. So we went to Best Buy where we would need an appointment in order to get it checked out. So at this point another dead end! For someone to own a business and not receive calls and email it’s definitely a major problem!!

My iPhone has somehow been marked "stolen". After spending an hour at the Tmobile store, the customer service rep at the store said "We can't fix it. Sorry. This seems like you have a problem that you are stuck with." It has been 1 1/2 years since I bought the phone from the same store, and have been financing the phone through Tmobile. I can't believe the lack of responsibility and lack of professionalism from Tmobile.... not even "here is the best way to escalate it". Leaving the customer hanging with nothing WHILE the customer is still paying the bill for a useless $2000 phone make no professional sense.Update: I messaged the CEO and the store representative. Within 2 days, an assistant for the CEO called me on a Sunday and confirmed my phone is all ok now and also credited me for my troubles. I appreciate the attention.

Brendan and Ethan were fantastic- super thorough, helpful and transparent about what to expect on fees and bill. Definitely a better experience than I’ve had with a cell provider in a while.

A T-Mobile customer for many years and this is my favorite location. Helpful staff. It took awhile, but it was the fault of the customer service care line on the phone, the manager was on hold forever just to get a line added to my account. However she answered all my questions and she is bilingual so she thoroughly explained everything to myself and my husband so we felt like we had all the information about the different plans available. Thank you.

On Thursday 5/25/23 I had to go into the T-Mobile store in Mason because I had an issue getting some info from my phone. The clerk named Tristen was so wonderful to help me resolve my issue. He was so knowledgeable and took time to help me.

Overall, I had a great experience at the T-Mobile store in Mason. The staff was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable, and the store had a good selection of products. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone in need of a new phone or phone plan.
