I honestly had a terrible experience bringing my car here for AC work. My AC compressor was making terrible sounds and the car was not blowing cold air so I did some googling and found this shop. They were able to get me in the next day which I was stoked about. I was called the next day with the “diagnosis” that I needed a new AC compressor, which I had already planned on. Next day they tell me the car is ready. Sweet! I pick it up so excited to finally have AC as it was the hottest week of the summer. Imagine my surprise as I’m driving to work the next morning and the car start blowing warm air at me despite the AC being set on max. Shorty after, accompanied by the same horrific sound as before as well as a new shaking feeling while reversing. Turns out they didn’t tighten the engine block mount bolts. I also noticed they forgot to replace the cap on the low end of the pressure system. No biggie. I called the shop back and they said to bring it on back in. Sounds great to me. Could not have been more wrong. They tell me the compressor went out again. I take it back, they put another new compressor in. They did not charge me for the work.
I would like to point out I live 3 miles from the shop, so imagine my shock once again when the car starts blowing warm once again. Here I go back to the shop. “It’s just a blown relay, nothing to worry about”. Fantastic, I think to myself. A quick fix. Car is ready the next business day. I pull out of the parking lot. Horrible sound coming from my car again. I call when they’re open. “Bring it on back in”. This is now probably a total of 10 days me of going back and forth from the shop. I take it back in. “You need a new expansion valve”. Okay. Once again, I was never charged after the original bill (but remember, my car still isn’t fixed). I take it back for a few days expansion valve is replaced. I pick my car up and not 10 feet from the parking lot, horrible sound. The shop was closed for the weekend when I picked my car up this time. I popped the hood at home and imagine my surprise when I see a box left in my engine compartment. At this point, I am frustrated with the shop. It’s been several weeks of back and forth, trying to find a family member who can loan me a car for work etc. I have schedule they sometimes prevents me from calling places during business hours so I had my husband reach out to see if the shop can refund me. Because again, they’ve had my car three different times and aren’t able to either correctly diagnose or fix the issue. He talks to a very nice tech who tells us to call back when a manager is there. He does and they tell us that we will receive a refund for the work because the work was never actually completed. They asked that I bring the compressor back to them when I come to pick up the refund check.
I schedule at another shop and get the work done correctly. They didn’t replace the compressor. I went back to the auto medic and spoke with Gary. I felt that Gary was trying to take advantage of me snd told me along the lines of “no part no refund” and that I needed to bring the car back to them to work on if I wanted a refund. I explained to Gary that his establishment had my car three different times, and was unable to fix it. Again, I spent probably three weeks between them having my car, waiting to get parts in, and weekend closures. I explained this and Gary that this was prearranged and that I understood if they needed to deduct the price of the part from refund since I was unable to return it. After some push back, he finally agreed.
Overall, I had a terrible experience at the Auto Medic. I felt they didn’t care to actually diagnose the car, they just wanted to slap parts on it and get me out of there. I will include photos of how my car was returned to me (boxes in engine compartments, loose bolts, UV dye EVERYWHERE.
I do not recommend this shop. You will likely end up taking your car somewhere else anyways, so just schedule there first.

HONESTY = AUTOMEDIC. I have been a regular customer of AUTOMEDIC since 2020. AUTOMEDIC team is always helpful and gives me good guidance on what is required and what is not. At least 3 times they never charged a penny as it was very minor, they could have charged but no. It is not in their ethics. GO TO AUTOMEDIC, SUPPORT LOCAL HONEST Business.

Bill at The Auto Medic is an honest man and takes a practical approach to fixing cars.
About a year ago, I had a nail in one of the tires on my Toyota Tundra. I took the tire to a shop in West Chester that I had been using for years. I was told it would take two hours to get to it. I left and stopped at The Auto Medic for the first time. Bill fixed the tire in ten minutes and did not charge me!
A couple of months ago, I had a brake line leak in that same Tundra. I attempted to fix it myself and did okay but could not get one of the connectors to completely seal. Bill again fixed it without charging me an arm and a leg.
Last week my daughter brought her Mini Cooper to Bill for a brake job. Bill called me about an hour after dropping it off and informed me of the parts needed but also mentioned a rear strut was broken. He said he could fix everything but suggested that I shop the strut on Rock Auto because it would be significantly cheaper than what he could provide.
In all three visits to Bill’s shop, I feel like he could have found a way to charge me more but did not. This is uncommon in the car maintenance business today!

I called Gary and the team due to having a nail in my tire and out of all the places, I called they got me in quick, fixed it and very affordable. The mechanic who did my tire had a positive attitude and overall I enjoyed my visit. Will come back for sure!

Car making worse noise after they "fixed" suspension. Sounds like they don't know how to use a torque wrench to spec. Ended up charging more than originally quoted too.

First time visit, but very satisfied. My car was running rough, he looked at it right away. It was a bad wire. He could of said something expensive, so I feel he's trust worthy. Had my car back the next day

The AC compressor went out on my super duty and I took at the Lebanon Ford where are normally go, at repeated calls 11 Ford and they wouldn’t return my call. I finally had to drive up there to talk to the mechanic as a service manager does not know anything about vehicles just scheduling. The Lebanon Ford mechanic told me that once the compressor goes bad and contaminated the whole system in the whole AC unit shop. I took it to the auto medic and they put a new compressor on and had me back on the road 22° Air in one day. We are similar issue with Bob Pulte Chevrolet in Lebanon with my wife suburban, once again with that automatic came to the rescue
