I used to love coming in this store! Everyone "was" so nice and helpful, but whoever they have running the register in the afternoons doing the week is awful! She's rude and argumentative. And even though I couldn't get a full sentence in, I thought reaching out online would get my questions answered because, like I said, they "were" helpful.... in the past! (No response) I want to spend money, but this company is making it very hard to! I gave it 2 stars because this used to be my favorite resale shop. I hope they fix their customer service soon!

The nerve of this place to put you on hold for 15 minutes for a 10 second question and she answered the phone rude like it's a privilege to be able to shop there! Home 2 Home here I come being on hold for that long I can be halfway there ?

I went into the shop the other day and witnessed the most insane interaction between the owner and a customer. First of all, the cashier was incredibly rude to this customer and all others. The customer accidentally knocked over a vase with her bag (an honest mistake). The owner then came in from the back and forced the customer to get down on her hands and knees and clean up the shards of glass (huge liability) while berating her for knocking it over. After she finished cleaning the glass, she was forced to pay for it as well. The verbal abuse continued well after the glass was cleaned . I would recommend stay as far away from this place as possible.

I had a piece of furniture that I consigned to this n that to sell. They sold it but never notified that it was sold when I asked them they said that they only keep checks for 6 months and can’t repay me now. So very unprofessional. Will never give them anything to sell.

Great fun nostalgic place to browse. Prices are ok, not cheap, but pretty nice for consignment. Beautiful dining tables. Class ware and cookware galore.

Great second hand consignment store to find almost anything you need! Staff very friendly and helpful. This store is usually one of my first stops when looking for home furniture. They sell a great selection of items that are in great condition, and honestly better than buying new.
