My wife has gone to Dr. Lager for a couple of years. Has chronic insomnia which this DO doc has helped her with. Then the office sends a letter saying she is no longer practicing there. Plus we are not accepting her patients. No referrals. Nothing. Now she can't find anyone to help with Zolpidem prescriptions. It is hell to watch your wife pace the floor all night and become sleep deprived over weeks. This office has left her stranded.

I finally found a doctor that listens and works with long time issues. Back in February, 2023 I called for an appointment with my DO. Said she was on extended leave. I've been through a lot of testing for unknown condition and nobody to talk to. Then in July, 2023, office send a letter to say my doctor is not coming back. Letter also says the practice is not accepting patients. But won't tell me if she is practicing or not. I understand that Docs are in it for the money, but this was very unprofessional to leave patients struggling to find someone new.

I too have been a patient at this location for over 35 years along with my husband and adult children (parents went there as well). I was moved to Dr. Lager Fermon after Dr. Lehenbauer retired many years ago. This week I was notified that I am no longer welcome at this location since Dr. Lager Fermon left and that they are at capacity. How can you treat patients/customers who have been at this practice for over 35 years so poorly by just sending a letter in MyChart stating that I need a new doctor if I want to get my prescriptions refilled, etc. I think moving to new providers is the way to go as TriHealth will just dump you if your doctor moves on. Not sure why they can't ask "new" patients to find a new doctor and allow your long term patients stay.

I am extremely disappointed. My parents have been going to this practice for 65 years. I have been with the same three doctors my entire life (43 years) all from this practice. My current doctor left the practice and they dropped me. With all the history I have in this practice, they just dropped me. My prescriptions will not be refilled, they will not just move me to another doctor in the practice! How can it be that one day I have a doctor that I have faithfully gone to for my entire life, and the next day, I just don't.

My primary care physician stopped practicing. I got a call from a call center telling me that I missed a letter telling me this (everyone in my family missed their letters too, apparently). Then I found out that HHP-Mason weren't accepting ANY of the dropped patients and I better find a new doctor if I need some prescriptions renewed. I've been a patient there for 17 years? Is that how a doctor's office is supposed to act? Good luck if you are currently there and your doctor moves or retires, you will just be out of luck just like me.

Recently one of their providers left the practice. Myself and family members (12 of us) have all been going to this office as a family for over 30 years. We found out that despite this fact, the other providers in the office would not accept us (or any of the other 1,2000 patients) as their patients any longer. They were not going to grandfather in those of us that have always gone there. They further went on to tell all 12 of us that we had to find a new primary care provider and office and would not even fill our medical prescription refills we needed. I would not come to this office as they clearly are breaking standard patient code of conduct and did not even send out letters or My Chart Messages that the provider had left and we were stranded with no physician. Terrible, unsafe, and unethical patient care transition from this practice and we are left highly disappointed after recieving 30 years of care here.

Dr. H is probably the best doctor I could have ever asked for. I’ve been seeing her for 4-5 years now. She’s so caring, thorough, and knowledgeable. The nurses have ALWAYS been polite and friendly! Their bloodwork center is also very fast and efficient. They make you feel right at home. I haven’t seen Dr. H. Since last year for my physical, but I was literally just sitting here thinking about how thankful I am to have a family physician that I trust (so I figured I would leave a review). She’s great :)

I just left and I'm so thankful that nicki got my blood. I have the smallest veins. It usually takes 5 plus times to get it. She got it no problem. I swear that lady deserves million bucks.she is so good at her job. She was caring and made me feel better. The other lady with her was awesome. She got me a apple juice when I felt like I was going to pass out. Lol I'm the biggest baby too.

Dr Bachus has NO compassion, not even during the hardest time of your life. I will never be returning to this place.

Adore the sweet, caring woman who drew my blood samples. She is the best! I believe her name is Kari.Had a past wonderful experience with Kari and Naoki (sp?). I'm often a difficult stick, and I certainly was that day! Naoki and Kari: super!Nicky: not friendly toward me when I was confused about sign-in for lab draw. This initial encounter with staff sets the mood, and the mood was unfriendly. Maybe TriHealth can discover a better way to manage the lab draw queue for such a tiny lab location.

Kari and Nicky from bloodwork are considered great friends to me! Their customer service is amazing, and they are always so uplifting and positive with their work ethics and personality. Tri-Health has always been amazing with their caring for my family for years, and I thank them so much for everything they do for me, because I know I can be high maintenance sometimes. Also I love and very much appreciate Dr.Hoffman, Dr.H, Dr.Dryer, and Dr.Bachaus personally and the rest of course for their hard work and all they have done and still do for me. Truly amazing and big hearted people. Thank you all so much Tri-Health!! God bless you and protect each and every one of you through this unfortunate pandemic. It will NOT hold us back or keep us down ❤❤ stay positive and have a great day! :)-Trevor-
