I've been a US Bank customer for about 20 years, and I've always been satisfied with their service. However, they have noticeably stepped up their level of personal attention, at least at this branch, over the past 1-2 years. Every single time I've visited the Mason - Tylersville location over the past couple of years, I have left feeling like a truly valued customer. They consistently have provided personal attention including greeting me by name, asking about my family, and treating me like I was their only client. And a special shout out to Dominick who reminded me today that my drivers license was expiring! Keep it up folks--you are making a difference!

Put my check on hold twice leaving my account on negative. Went a second time to see if they were more organized but did the same thing. I normally change $6000 business check at the Cincinnati bank and they always deposit it ASAP without a hold but this place even when it 5100 they put it on hold. Not good for businesses.

A friend and I went to the bank yesterday and Chris Osinski helped us. My friend didn't speak much English and Chris was really great. He explained everything in ways she could understand, and was really helpful!
