Every single time they don’t have staff. Make you sit with your feet in water with no wait time in end. The lady I asked for was walking around with no appointment and yet they wouldn’t let her at least start till other staff got there. We have a life as well and it basic Courtesy to let people know the wait time. Don’t keep them hanging till your staff gets there.

got gel x extensions. half my nails are crooked. one of them came off completely after just 4 days. the tech didn't use sanitized tools and just grabbed them out of a cup next to her station. too long of a wait for this quality of nails. won't be going back or recommending this place.
update: another nail fell off exactly a week after getting it done. I am very upset about the quality and duration of this $80 manicure that didn't even last a week. this place is trash.

I would totally recommend USA Nails they make you feel like family. Everywhere I go I get compliments on my nails if you want a professional look come here! The place is always spotless and they are always kind and loving.

I have been going to USA nails for over 10 years and have never been disappointed! The owners are so kind and generous and all of their employees are the same. The salon is beautiful and the experience is very relaxing. I love bringing my friends and family here & would highly recommend this salon to anyone!

I occasionally go in for a basic gel manicure and I just received my worst one ever. It’s so lumpy and thick in spots. It feels rude to inspect the work and constantly correct them while they are working, but then I leave upset because it’s such a poor job. I only went in because I had a gift card, but they couldn’t get the machine to work and I had to pay for it another way. Now I’m still stuck with a $100 gift card to a place that I don’t trust I can get a good manicure at anymore. Such a disappointment.

I have been going to USA nails for over 6 years now. I have never left there disappointed. They always give me exactly what I want. The staff there is so amazing. They are so kind and I look forward to my bi weekly appointments. They have become family to me. My kids love going there as well. I will never go anywhere else. USA nails is the BEST!!!! ❤️
Requested style: I show them a picture of what I want every time I go in and I have never left disappointed. They are truly the best!
Cleanliness: They are definitely one of the cleanest salons I’ve been to. It’s always so beautiful inside.

Had mani & Pedi by Linda. I KNOW that she must not have been trained. The nails are filed differently, the cuticle beds are jagged, just awful.
