Just deplorable and unreliable. Sadly, my job depends on the mail service and timely delivery. General Trumpanzee, Louis DeJoy, is trying to put me and my employer out of business. It takes weeks to find out about address errors. Letters disappear off the face of the planet. One star is TWO STARS too many!

Very unreliable mail delivery. Postal carrier returned all my mail including checks, bills, private letters, and an international package, marking them "moved, no forwarding address" on a day when a lot of mail arrived all at once. Still sorting out locked accounts. Packages marked as "delivered" even if they never arrive. We get neighbors' mail and ours goes missing. No response from postmaster.

I had a mail hold from Dec 02 thru Dec 20 and requested mail pickup at the post office after returning home from vacation. Once back home I went to pick the mail at the post office. They can't seem to find the mail. I've been given every excuse in the book as to why they can't find the mail. Missing out on important mail, bills that need to be paid and Christmas cards from family. This particlular location is a joke. Never had this issue while living in Union, KY. The post office there got it right everytime for the 30 years that I lived there!Shame on you Mason USPS, not for losing the mail but for the lousy excuses.

Never had an issue at this Mason post office. Staff always friendly to me and seem to apologize for the wait when its not even been 5 minutes.

Upon entering, I initially expected a swift resolution due to the lack of a crowd. However, I noticed a reserved demeanor from one staff member, which puzzled me. To my surprise, they later proved to be extremely helpful and cooperative.Exiting without a solution, a staff member went out of their way to call my name excitedly, prompting my return. It was during this interaction that I realized the dedication of each individual working in this office. Despite their personal issues, health concerns, and the inherent stress of customer interactions like mine, they consistently went above and beyond to assist me, demonstrating their tireless and effective work ethics which immediately changed my initial assumptions.I would like to express my sincere appreciation to all the staff members at this office for their exceptional efforts. Great job!!!

Yesterday I would have given this post office five stars. Took a package in and needed tape. The so very kind lady behind the counter told me not to worry, that she would take care of it for me. She taped up my package and was extremely helpful and kind. Today I take another package in and again did not have tape. The young girl behind the counter pointed at the tape dispenser that I could use. I had never used one before and could not figure it out. She did not offer to help me. At all. I even said "you know yesterday they did this for me." She did not reply. There was a young man standing there gossiping with the two ladies about coworkers (just what customers want to hear). I asked him if he would please help me because I couldn't figure out the dispenser. He came over and said "it goes this way" and then walked away. I was getting so frustrated by this time that I turned to the second lady and said "would you mind helping me? Yesterday they were very kind to help me and I'm just doing nothing but messing this up." For which I received a very cold stare from the other employees. This lady handed me a regular tape dispenser to tape my address label to the box. Nothing more. You know, as we age things become more complicated and difficult for us. Sometimes seniors need assistance. Along with a kind word or a kind gesture. I would give these employees a big fat zero today for their lack of customer service. If I were to return to this post office and saw them behind the counter I would immediately turn and leave. Young lady, someday you will be older too. And I pray someone kindly assists you in the way that you need.

USPS needs to standardize how to indicate whether a package requires delivery or not. My partner next-day shipped a package to me out of a Richmond USPS office and requested that NO signature be required on arrival, and this is what the employee indicated. (Note also that this section is supposed to be customer use only? I have no idea why they felt compelled to mark anything here). This USPS, which was delivering this package to me, thought this cross-out meant signature required. Obviously, because I wasn’t expecting a package, I didn’t answer the door (for safety reasons, I don’t open the door when I’m home alone and am not expecting anyone). This happened on a Friday (he was rush shipping me a good luck package for an exam I had Saturday). Because of this, I was unable to pick up the card until Monday. Now my partner is out $30 and I didn’t get my package until today. Extremely frustrating.

USPS is an independent agency of the executive branch of the United States federal government responsible for providing postal service in the U.S.Never know that people working in usps are racism. Today, I went to this usps located at snider rd, after few minutes of wait. I ask the staff, do you have tape available, so I can retape it. He says: he don’t have tape available and he don’t have this service. When I ready to go. He call the next person in the line, The next person is a white people. She also ask for the tape. But this time, the staff says: yes and I will help you tape the package. I know usps always short of staff, but I want to point these staff really need training.

I usually have poor experiences at post offices, but this one blew out my expectations. Tonya might've been the most kind employee I've ever met in a post office across the world. They were super helpful with my questions and so kind and patient with not just me, but other customers too. Genuinely blown away by my experience here.

Do yourself a favor. Go to any other post office if you want helpful people.

I lost all my mails for a month since I moved to Mason, my mails to my new address were forwarded to somewhere else that they shouldn't be!! My shipping address was correct and I saw the mail through informed delivery, but never got it from the mail box. Someone must make a mistake to forward my mail. I talked to the office people, they just sent me back to my old address's post office...but the mails are shipping to Mason, I don't understand why this is so hard!!! I have lost so many important documents for more than a month! So frustrated.....
