I was greeted as soon as I walked in the store with a good morning. Store was very clean. Typical Walgreens selections. Both staff that I encountered were friendly.

pulled up to drive through window to see the pharmacist lady talking trash about the previous customer that just pulled away! she didn't even LOOK at me for 2 whole minutes bc she was so caught up gossiping with another pharmacist. she eventually asked me what i needed and then took another 3 minutes to tell me that they were out of my prescription for another 3 days!!!! she was so so rude with the way she spoke to me, had an attitude the entire time, and told me that she couldn't send it over to another pharmacy (when my doctor said minutes later that she easily could have) to avoid me calling my doctor after hours!!!! i've never encountered a person in the pharmacy that should absolutely not have their job until now. absolutely horrible experience- enough for me to permanently change my pharmacy to cvs !

Pharmacy is awful - poor customer service! Non-Pharmacy Staff/ Clerks - are awesome! Friendly and delightful! Pharmacy staff could learn from Non-Pharmacy Staff!!

I just made my last visit to your store. Your refusal to scan my loyalty card off my phone (without notice) based on “fraud†just cost you a weekly customer.

Yes I'm Yelping a Walgreens. Went to buy a berry lipstick and the cosmetics lady Rhonda assisted me as if I was in a department store. It was great found a great match with makeup and other stuff. Rhonda is really knowledgeable about the products as most drug store make ups don't have testers. She is not pushy and can check you out if you're in a hurry at the counter, but also can answer questions and assist with matching tones. Why pay department store prices when you can go see Rhonda at Walgreens! I feel pretty! Lol!
