This had to be my WORST experience EVER dealing with a company. On 10/6/2019I called AAA roadside service because my vehicle broke down. I found out at that time that my coverage had lapsed and I needed to renew my AAA PLUS plan which I did. Mind you I was then told that there would be a $50 charge for a same day tow which I agreed to. This all started around 430pm. I was told that it would take around an hr for the tow truck driver to arrive which seemed normal as I have had AAA tow me in the past so I sat and waited. About 1.5 hours later I call back to get a better timeframe as I needed to get to work and was told that the driver was still 30 mins out. Again , I sat and waited. At 630 pm I called back again frustrated that no one has shown up, I was told that the driver was in route and should be there shortly. I expressed my frustration telling the csr, I was told he was supposed to be here 30 mins ago and that I had been sitting since 430pm She apologized and asked to place me on hold. She stated that she contacted the driver who stated he was 10 mins from my location and will be there very soon. I asked her what was his name to which her reply was Aaron and again she apologized. So again i sat and waited for the tow truck driver to show up. Around 715pm, I get a call from AAA dispatch supervisor named Craig (I believe that was his name) who stated that he just came from lunch and it will be at least another hr before someone gets to me. He stated that the driver who had received the call truck broke down. I became angry at this point and said to him, I've spoken to quite a few people from AAA since 430 and you're now telling me that NO ONE knew his truck broke down and no one could call and let me know something. His reply was we just got the call an hour and 52 mins ago. I told him i was going to contact the corporate office that next business day. So around 745pm, here comes the AAA driver, who gets out the truck saying, I know you're upset but I just got the call you needed a tow. So I asked him what happened to the other driver which his response was he broke down and they just called me. I asked him what his name was and he said my name is Aaron. I then asked are there more than one driver named Aaron and he said no just me so not only did I sit and wait for over 3hrs, I was LIED to in my face. So I called the corporate office and explained everything that had happened to me asked what if this had happened to my sisters or fiance? The lady I spoke tonsaid that AAA would refund my $50 same day tow fee and look into what happened. I get a call from AAA today 10/15/2019 stating they were sorry for the lack of communication and said that they could not refund the same day charge but offered me 2 movie passes or could discount my renewal next yr. I explained to her thats not what I was told last week and she replied that her supervisor stated that this was the best they could do as he was listening to the call. So I asked what his name was and she said Robert. I said since he's listening, go ahead and transfer me directly to him and she stated that she would. She places me on hold the transfers me to his voicemail. That is beyond acceptable since she just stated he was listening to the call. I am very angry and disappointed with this lack of customer service. I WILL NOT BE RENEWING my policy next year and will NOT refer anyone I know to use AAA. If I.could give less than 1 star, I would. In my opinion, they should change the name.from AAA to FFF.

Always friendly and helpful people in this office. As a long time AAA member they have helped with the usual maps, triptiks, tourbooks, discount tickets and vacation planning. AAA membership is great for car breakdowns. Have used many times. Worth the puece of mind.

We went to AAA to get our passport photo completed. After calling around, many companies charge almost $20 for this. However, if you are a member of AAA, it only costs $2.99. The lady was very friendly and helped me and my family right away. She took each of our photos and printed out the photos for us to mail in to complete our passport process. I have been to this AAA office before to get information about travel plans, and they have always been very helpful. They provided countless resources to help us reach our destination, as well as information on sights to see once we arrived. I would definitely recommend this AAA office!

I stopped in AAA-Deerfield this evening at 5:45pm (and they close at 6pm) to get some info for an upcoming trip. First, I hate to be one of those people that run in at the last minute and possibly have to make someone stay over their shift, so I apologized up front. I knew what I was looking for going in: a couple of TourBooks, a couple of National Park Guides and a City Visitor Guide. The folks in the office were so helpful and pleasant and ready to assist! I was just running in to grab some brochures and they actually took the time to see if I needed anything else and ask me about where we were going to make sure I had everything I needed. They even told me about some of the other services that they offer to see if they would be of use for us for our trip. They really went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed before I left. Definitely will go back to this office in the future!!
