They had all there store vehicles parked in every disabled parking spot there was. My husband is a disabled veteran and because of this had to struggle getting into the store. The entire lot is empty for company cars at least leaving 1 disability space open would be nice

Never again. Went in to get my battery checked and charged even though I had already diagnosed my vehicles problem. I left for several hours enough time for a shift change. Came back to get my battery that tested good which I had assumed since it was a duralast gold bought less than 5 years ago. The next shift has told me so and so said the battery was not good the first guy I spoke to. Now IDC who's in the wrong here but it's wrong to do this to someone. I have worked in retail and I'm sure they make some sort of bonus from this because they were also supposed to call me once it was charged and received no call. He always stressed to me beforehand that if I wasn't back within 24 hrs of drop off I would loose my battery. Which is very understandable but don't not call me when I know the store doesn't even get that busy and also make sure that if you say you're going to call me then call me because that next shift assumed you have contacted me. Now with not only this being an issue the fact that they tried to sell me a new battery when I already knew that I need battery terminals for a 1988 truck which I already had ruled out the battery before just by the purchase date it should be good but for safe measure I said why not I had a appointment I had to go to anyway. So after they had told me the battery was bad I asked them to test it in front of me right now. They did and of course it tested good. Very upset imagine how many elderly people and women who go in here and take these guy's deceitful word and having them waste money when they could spend less or nothing at all. Very upset that's not how you do business and I will not be back and to make sure if anyone asks what I think about this place that they will be told about this event

I’ve been going here for years but never again. I went in on a cold rainy day and there were two men working with no customers in the store. Told the guy my blinker bulb needed replaced. He couldn’t find it in the computer so he asked me to go out and get the old one out of my car. I have had good service here and they have always done things like put wiper blades on for me. This guy made no effort to help me get it. As I’m outside trying to get the bulb I hear him and when I look there he is putting wiper blades on some guys car. Ok. So now I’m a bit annoyed. I go back in and buy the bulb. Guess what. It’s the wrong one. I go back a few days later to exchange it and again they can’t figure out what bulb I need. And proceed to discuss it like I had nothing better to do. I asked them to just refund the bulb so I could get out of there. He asks for my receipt which I don’t have. I tell him that my information should be in the computer because I signed up for the rewards program a long time ago and I’ve always gone there when I needed something. He tells me there’s nothing there! Says I didn’t buy anything there! He was more interested in talking about the damn bulb than making his customer happy. Bad customer service. Not to mention they let a lady stand out in the rain trying to get a bulb out. I don’t expect special treatment because I’m a woman; I probably know more about cars than he does but I do expect to be treated as a long time customer should be.Went to O’Reillys and they even put the bulb in for me.
