This is the saddest story you're going to hear today...I live in Pittsburgh and I had to visit Columbus, OH for my mother's funeral. On my way home my truck started overheating. I thought maybe the thermostat, since the water pump had been replaced only 8 months prior. Changed it in O'Reilly Autoparts parking lot. Let it idle for a bit and still overheating. Nursed it to probably the worst motel in the state of Ohio (mirrors on the ceiling and all) since that's all that was available and it was close. Called Dave Wheeler the next morning and he tried everything he could to walk me through getting back on the road.
At this point I decided to have it towed to him. Let me tell you, this dude did everything he could to fix the issue. 2 other thermostats later, we've decided it definitely the water pump. Another shop is handling this, since the repair is less than a year and on them, otherwise Dave and his team would be taking care of it.
So, if you're every stranded in Massillon, OH or you live there and need a great, honest mechanic...this is your place. If I could do more than 5 stars, I most definitely would.

David knows European cars. Great diagnosis and practical solution led to good repairs. Nowadays it’s hard to find an honest shop like this. Definitely recommend David to anyone. Will come back for services for my Volvo.
