“Samantha was amazing!!! She acknowledged me the moment I walked in with a wonderful smile and then inquired if she could help me with something. I needed windshield wipers for the front of my car and one for the rear. She instantly knew what to do. She was quick. She was kind and she even installed them for me and showed me how to do it myself for the future if I ever wanted to do that. She also sold me windshield wiper fluid and was very knowledgeable about everything that she was doing. I can’t say enough good about Samantha. She is a quality person, respectable and kind and I would do business with her again and again and again I will tell everyone about her. She is an asset to your company.”

“I used to be a marketing communication manager at Sherwin-Williams automotive so I’ve spent a good chunk of my professional career and around body shops. I came here because one of our managers is local and told me that these folks do a great job and he was absolutely correct. Everything from the color match to the level of service was outstanding. The estimator is a straight shooter and of the three shops I went to, they actually came in just a little bit less. Not substantially less to where I was worried about the level of service though. I had them fix a large dent in my front bumper that was outside of the insurance claim. They said when they got in to do the repair, they noted that someone else had also performed a similar repair and there were some things that needed some attention which they just took care of while they had the front end torn apart.
If you are looking for the mom and pop level of service and want to stay away from the big corporate MSO‘s that slap things together I don’t really care about color match, this is the place you should be going.”
“Such a great experience every time! I needed my light bulb replaced at 8:30pm. I pulled into my garage and noticed my bulb was out. Brandon was willing to help me replaced both bulbs before closing. Every experience is such a positive one when I visit this location. The employees are friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help.”

She took me right to them and quoted me the price of the kind I wanted. It was $2.00 more than the one at the gas station just a block away. I began to leave and she asked me to wait. “Scott has been a friend of mine for many, many years. I also knew his family pretty well. Scott is one heck of a painter in any media. Just like his father, Don, he can custom paint like nobody's business, a real artist with a paint gun. Scott is semi-retired, so his son, Max, has assumed the role of managing the business. He's got one heck of a layout there with scads of room & all the goodies. Scott, Max & all the employees I've met are super friendly. I can't imagine anyone leaving unhappy.”
