The employee and manager working on 9/2 at 11pm est refused to an exchange a non-sealed Gatorade. The stated I didn’t buy it there even after being shown the charge with their location on my credit card statement. I disputed the charge with my credit card and they refunded me. These are the most incompetent employees I have ever dealt with.

Every time I've been to the store the employees are very friendly. The store is kept cleaned and stocked. The coffee station is always wiped down and clean. This is my store for coffee and the food.

WED April 23rd 1:04 AM ...went to the window and the lady or dude ? Looked at me while mopping , looked at me twice and didn't come give me service , not like it was busy, could have stopped and taken care of me and then went back to mopping .....thumbs down.

I was treated very rudely at the Bellstore on Hills and Dale's road... I don't kno what makes people think that they can talk to you any kind of way and not get touched when they clock out!!!! Better be careful how you speak to people... You will catch the right one! Lol

Not a fan of the coffee machines, but it's always very clean including the restroom. You can usually get what you're going in there for, they seem to keep well stocked.

The pumps have the touchless card readers, but why don't they work?? All they let you use is the old style clunky card readers where you have to inset your card...them wait...and wait.. and wait. I'm able to use my credit card using convenient touchless readers at all other gas stations with no problem. I will no longer buy gas at BellStores if they don't fix and update their pumps with modern technology.
