I know Google may not be the most up to date BUT. Just called 15 mins after opening time, and it rung to a full VM, then it would go busy, ring again and to full VM around and around several times. When it would seem as if someone picked up, it hung up again and again. Assuming someone's there not ready to pick up, this is just not working. If they are busy, empty your VM so someone can be reached back. Update the hours on the VM, or answer long enough to tell the person such or say to hold. There are people that need information. :( wow.

I have been with Boost since they first opened. I worked at Walmart in Massillon. I bought my phone in 2009. I haven't been with any other carrier since . Still with them too.

Jordan a man who currently works at the Lincoln way store stole 49$ from me when activating my phone. I was told $10 for a re-activating fee the $35 for an activation fee and then $25 for monthly payment. he never gave me a receipt and told me I was good to go. I called an hour after I left the store cuz I had no service was told by him that it could take up to 2 hours. waited 2 hours and by then the store was closed so had to wait till following day. called again he said oh boost process the payment wrong and that he re-processed the payment and it should have service in 24-48 hours. so i did wait the time frame. go to store today find a very nice lady working who printed the receipt and said to me that isnt right come back tomorrow when he is working.It showed that I only paid the 10$ for something and 25$ for activation fee and 39$ for a phone case that I never bought and it's funny cuz it says for a case that wasnt my phone or my wife's phone. I paid 77$ for no phone service.. I'm having MPD come to the store with me to have this problem fixed,also contacted boost online and sent them the proof. so stay clear of this store unless it's a women working. this man is a thief. never asked for my name or address. just my email. What a crampy thing to do.

Love Boost and Always will...I've been with them for over 5 years and they have even given me extra time on bill payment and been there on holidays as even fixed things that I needed attended to when they didn't have to. (Even have me a loaner phone at one point when they didn't have too!!! Thanks!

This boost mobile store there employees are undertrained horrible customer service your better off going to Walmart to get a replacement phone because they wanted to charge a connection fee full retail price 10 dollars for a SIM card that comes with the phone plus like 6 other charges when it says on the website that all boost mobile phones are 50% off In store and on the website this store needs better employees especially after I said I could get the whole phone SIM card and everything else for the phone I want for 35 ol Lars they said well go there for your phone I think I’m going to switch to metro pcs

Cody is always excellent and helpful, BUT somethingcould be a lot better. I only get notified just the day before my phone bill is due, and it's shut off before I can pay it almost every time. Most times when I call in to pay my bill, nobody answers the phone. In turn my phone gets shut off again. They don't give you any time to pay your bills when you work six days a week.
