I have been a customer of Carpetime for many years. Their work is affordable and impeccable. The office staff is considerate and so easy to work with. I recently had new flooring installed in my kitchen, and Robert did an amazing job; he was both professional and very detailed oriented. The new floor is outstanding. Thank you Carpetime!

Ya know I really tried not to but it's been a month since I've gotten my laminate floors done by this company and I'm still finding misaligned baseboards and chips in the edges. After spending almost 13grand I expected the work to be worth it but I feel like I overpaid for free homedepot quality labor. We were given 500 off the final bill for the laminate only. Mind you we had our entire split level home redone! In laminate. We went with the company based on family members reviews and I'm very disappointed In how my floors have turned out. After having workers rush through the process the first time and coming back a second to "fix" the issues I'm still finding problems.

horrifying installers. sales rep was informed of health issues and yet installers failed to do there jobs. recommend not to use carpet time

We had three rooms of carpet put in about two weeks ago. We had two different installers and both teams did a fantastic job. They were very polite and helped move some things. They cleaned up and swept and the carpet is beautiful! Thank you for doing such a professional job. Will definitely use them again.

2 stars and ONLY because we like the carpet. Service was horrible. We had so many issues with installation and lack of communication on Carpet Time’s end. the manager was so nice and the process before installation was great but when we called to talk about some issues the manager says “I’ll make it right call me tomorrow” and then when we call makes every excuse “be thankful it got done. There’s not much I can do. ” They showed up late, used our trash bags because they didn’t have any, and had 0 manners. Then we paid extra for them to move everything (furniture) and all the guys did when they got here was complain about how they have to move stuff. My husband had to help them. So why did we pay? Then the 2nd day show up 7 hrs late. Then only 1 guy shows up so my husband had to help him. Then we had to spend the next day cleaning up after them for several hours.

I love this company! I needed tile flooring laid in 3 big rooms in a very short timeframe, and these folks worked with me diligently to meet my needs! They were all very accommodating and helpful, easy to work with, and cleaned up after themselves so nicely! It is always nice to be treated with respect and courtesy! I will use Carpetime again in the near future!! My two favorite folks here are Maddie who assisted me in the store, she is great and knows her stuff, and Tommy who came to lay the flooring, he is great!!

I could not be happier with my experience with carpet time. From the first time I called, got my carpet measured, to visiting the showroom and picking my carpet, the entire process was no hastle. I got a price right away, no games like I had experienced somewhere else. Meg was great, the installers were great.
