Rob the mortgage office was great to work with. He was available every step of the way for any questions we had. We never expected for him to answer after hours, However he always answered our questions immediately so that nothing got missed.

First let me say the tellers are fantastic. However, when I went to open a CD it took 45 minutes (I am a current customer). The employee didn't know what to do and had to call someone to walk them through the process. This wasn't the first time, it has happened before. Very poor customer service in this area.
