I spoke with a pharmacist and management have them in a chokehold. It's ridiculous. Patience is EVERYTHING!!! Give them grace.

After having a surgical procedure, a prescription was called in at 2:30p and they couldn’t even get it done by 9pm closing. Utterly ridiculous. Someone needs pain meds and they can’t even get them to them in a timely manner. I hate this CVS with a passion.

Hate this pharmacy with a passion. Prescriptions are never ready. Even when your doctor sends them in for you. It takes days. Employees work in slow motion and are rude, you have to wait in line a hour because no one even knowledges you that you’re standing in line. You can’t go thru the drive thru like a normal pharmacy. Why? Who knows. When you could go thru, the line was a mile long. Signs on the drive thru window saying you have to go inside to pick up. During the pandemic, I understood, short staffed….but now? Come on. Such a inconvenience, especially if you’re not feeling well. Have to go inside and spread your germs everywhere, I guess….you don’t get notified about your prescriptions anymore on the app, They never answer the pharmacy phone. They’re rude af,….if someone happens to answer, usually though, the phone just rings and rings. I switched pharmacies it’s so much better there. I actually don’t mind getting a prescription filled. But this place is awful, and I won’t be back. I used to like coming here, lately I would dread having to pull in to CVS it’s such a hassle and a headache. Good riddance. The other reviews says it all!

If there was a way to put -5 this pharmacy is absolutely horrible. Every time I fill scripts they are never ready and if you call you are lucky to speak to someone without waiting anywhere from a half hr to a hr. Absolutely unacceptable time to switch pharmacies

I had talked to a manager there and it seems like corporate is the one that is keeping the hours low in the pharmacy. I'm sure the employees in the pharmacy find it hard to deal with, overworked and underpaid! I will be shopping elsewhere for my drug needs. I hope corporate reads this because I would love to talk to them.

Poor poor poor no one answers phones you go in will be the only one in line and no one will even look at you. Then complain they are not gonna get their break today. Used to be a pretty good cvs I will never go there again.

My dr sent the prescription for my strep infection over 7 hours ago. Seriously is it that difficult to count pills or out a label on a box of antibiotics?

Used to use only them for prescriptions but I will not longer be using them or even shopping here. I have been in and out of ER and needed scripts filled for antibiotics. Monday night upon arriving an hour an ten minutes before close was told “you can drop off but it won’t be filled.” Came back following morning and had it filled no problem. Ended up back in ER last night and was handed new scripts for nausea and additional meds for inflammation. I stood waiting at the drop off window (mind you I have no voice right now) they took some lady at the consult window. Noticed me when they said they could take her at the drop off window and proceeded to say “it’s a two day wait for script fills and that I should turn around.” I will never shop or fill a script at this location ever again. I suggest no one else does either.

Beyond slow. Never less than a 35 minute wait, and usually get told that the prescription they said was "ready" is still processing. Can't get anyone on the phone to even try to switch my prescriptions somewhere else. Avoid this cvs at all costs, it's a nightmare .

Went to get my infant daughters script and an older women whom may have possibly been a newer employee literally and I quote told me “I can’t submit your insurance right now because I need to go to lunch but I’ll do it when I get back.”She repeated she needed to go to lunch and I could come back later to get the script.

Twice I've called to be told that my prescriptions were ready. Waited in line and find out they were not filled and had to go to the Fulton pharmacy if I wanted them. No one knows what they are doing. Changing pharmacies.
