I don't get my nails done often maybe 12x ever. But this was the sloppiest set I've ever had done, and the tech talked to her Co worker the entire time. I went here because it was gifted to me, and ended up buying a kit to fix it myself. I would not recommend.

A couple years ago I tried to find somewhere else to go because I had moved & it became a 45 minute drive to come see Penny. I went to several places the next 6 months and found nowhere I remotely liked. I have come back to Penny. She’s worth my drive. She makes me feel at home and always does a great job no matter what I ask of her! Always a great experience & reasonably priced!

Unbelievable customer service. I just want a refund because my “ matte” nails look horrible. No I didn’t use chemicals, wash dishes, or anything else to cause this.
Yes, it’s been exactly a week today that they were done. Penny argued with me over the phone asking why didn’t I let them know sooner. Why??? Because I spent the last 6 days at the nursing home with my dying father in law… that’s why I didn’t just pop in the salon.
Also I ended up with a small infection from my skin getting knicked by the regular nail file. My nails aren’t all the same length/shape/size either.
I didn’t want to leave a negative review.. I just wanted my money back.
No, Penny, I don’t want them fixed by anyone at the salon. I just want my $75 back.

I just recently started getting my nails done again first place I went to let's just say I wasn't a happy camper but then my daughter told me about this place. which is convenient because it's only a block from me.every time I go I enjoy the atmosphere and Penny's crazy sense of humor and I haven't been disappointed yet with my designs.She goes above and beyond.

So I got a polish change on Wednesday I noticed that on the side of my right big toe the polish was coming up. Mind you I get GEL so Friday I came back SAM fix it. Went home notice it had bubbles in it Penny told me to com back at 3. Did that! Taking a shower last night and I look down the GEL polish is gone. Same toe here it is SATURDAY morning and I had to come back three times!!!SAD SAD! Never had this happen and when I go back PENNYact like she didn’t care. I took the GEL off and got clear something I never wear. ? Well hope no one experiences this!!!!!

Where do I even begin! My appointment was at 4:30 and I was done by 5:20. Ann what's simply amazing. She listened to every detail was very kind and took her time and did a wonderful job and it didn't even take an hour! And very nice on the price! ? My nails are beautiful I feel relaxed and I'm not upset about overpaying because the price was just right thank you again I'll definitely be back!!!!

Nails not done at this establishment, but my feet were. I’m only 4 days out and my feet are more rough than they were going in for pedi. My polish is chipping already, and my feet don’t appear as though I recently received a pedicure. Definitely will not return !

I got my nails done and absolutely love these types my go to nails everytime, but they where crooked and when I got them done the guy nicked SEVEN of my fingers which I can understand why I have small nails. But since then they have been in absolute pain throbbing pain in my nails so I rip them off to find he drilled my nails way to low to the skin, and to find most of my nails infected the photo is them cleaned up but I had yellowish green puss coming out from under the nail. I’ve read reviews and definitely don’t expect any type of reimbursement A total waste of $70 and ($12) tips. Small nail girlies don’t go there for the love of god! I will no longer be going back and I’m HIGHLY disappointed in this place.

Best pedicure I've ever gotten! I won't go anywhere else. I recommend an appointment. They get very busy and made sure to get us going because we scheduled ahead.
