I needed a repair to my vehicle since it was hit in my work parking lot and since I purchased my vehicle from Deihl I thought who better to help in my time of repair. Getting the vehicle in didn't take long, which was great, however the service really didn't live up to my expectations. I had to call to check on the status of my car in order to get information as to where we were in the process. Which I would expect updates, since this is a service they are providing, and that they would understand the need to update their customer. When I came to pick up my vehicle, which was taken to the service center to add side guards on my vehicle. I paid my service bill went to my car, and my car wouldn't start. I tried 3-4 times and there was a light noting something in regard to a lock mechanism issue contact your dealer. Lucky for me I was already in the parking lot.... I went in to tell them my car doesn't start and they told me it's my battery. This is a 2023 and was moved to the spot outside by someone. Can't image it needs a battery already. A service member came out started my car but again there was a service code on it. He called the collision center and they said to drive it over to them as they didn't complete all the work and that they basically didn't communicate that to each other. Mind you, I'm on my lunch break and it took me 20 min to get there and I was dropped off. So, I had to call off the remainder of my shift at work because the work was not completed and my car did not start. Pretty poor communication and work standards in my opinion. Hey, I love buying cars and when I find a good dealer they will keep my as a customer. I don't think this dealer will get my next purchase. Then I received a Vm from a David requesting I call him about my review. Which I did but had to leave a message with whomever answered the phone and no one called me back. Which just reinforced that fact that the communication in this company really needs some attention.
