I bought a suv from Ken on the 21st of November left dealership at 6 when closing drove home a car that smelled so bad of cigarette smoke that they smoked in opened moonroof on way home to air out because I had a 40 minute drive got home and moonroof would not shut. Called Ken in the morning he wouldn’t even get on the phone texted him and he said have somebody look at it. Took it to another dealership it’s costing me 2000 to fix. You are a terrible person and terrible dealership.

It was a horrible experience and a waste of time. They say you’re pre approved first and it’s a different scenario when you show. It’s a big scam.I do not recommend it.

set up an appointment and they sold the car without letting me know even though we had direct text communication the entire time. don’t waste your time here.

This place is a scam!!! I need $4000 worth of work on my vehicle that I just purchased from them! As soon as I pulled the car off the lot and went down the street for not even a mile the engine light came on. I took it back and they were like it’s your car now you can do whatever you want with it. I got a diagnostic on it and it’s going to need some work. On my way home it began to overheat. I’ve been borrowing a car while it’s getting fixed but I’ve been having to take it back multiple times to get fixed. They knew it needed this work too because you can see the trail of them trying to fix it beforehand and then covering it up when they saw the amount of work it really needed!

A nice place to shop a car. I paid several visits to the dealership for testing out several cars interested. The sales people are very polite, patience and very helpful. They even let you take the car away to your garage to check the car out. I actually felt a little guilt later for not making a purchasing with them. They are very nice people and a good dealership. My best wishes to their success!
