We received A call yesterday from a woman stating we needed to be there between 11:00 and 11:30 because nobody for sure will be there at 12:00, when our pick of time was scheduled. She was very rude. Today an hour before we were leaving to go pick up a rental van. They called to let us know they in fact did have a van. All they have are five-seater SUVs. We have six people going. On top of all of our luggage. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever. They did not care whatsoever. They told us they possibly had van at the Cleveland Hopkins airport. We asked if they would be willing to pick it up for us and they said no. We asked if we could meet halfway , no we asked if we were to be getting a discount. They said we would have to talk with the Cleveland Hopkins location. We asked for the corporate number he gave it to us and then told us nobody would be there anyways. They absolutely 100%. Did not care that this was possibly ruining our vacation. Thank God Avis budget came in clutch. We will be picking up a van tomorrow, and it is cheaper! They just lost a customer.

Well the first vehicle i rented in may had mechanical issues and couldn't get a hold of anyone for help. And then the second one i rented in June that I reserved two weeks in advance wasn't there when I went to pick it up so I had to settle for a vehicle that was way to small so I ended up spending a lot more on my vacation because I couldn't take everything I needed so both vehicles ended up adding more money to my vacation budget.

It couldn't have been any smoother renting from this location.They got me right in... and out, after I returned the vehicle.I've always used Enterprise no matter where I travel.Their vehicles are always top notch,and always the best rates.

Always great service here. First time working with Jordan today, great service just be watchful of the charges before signing the agreement. Make sure the check out and check in times are in 24 hr intervals or you will get charged for a single hour ($17) when the whole 24 hour period less than $3 per hour.?

I frequently visit here for my job who gives me a rental car when I travel longer than a 100 miles in one day. The crew at this location are the best. They know me when I walk in and treat me golden. The process is only minutes. I never have to wait long and always very attentive. If my car has an issue, there is always a resolution or a helping voice on the other end to resolve quickly. I have only needed assistance twice in a long span of interaction. I will continue to be an ongoing consumer at this location.

The first experience we had using them was great but this experience was terrible. They didn’t call to notify us about our rental vehicle and no longer had it available. So, thankfully the whipple enterprise was helpful and got us a vehicle ASAP.

The counter service rep was very nice. However, I dropped my rental car off at night in the after hour key drop off box no one call me back the next day to let me know they received the car and keys, so I ended up going back up to the location to make sure they processed the car and everything was ok. I can never get through to any Enterprise local locations via phone because everything goes through the call centers or reservation center.

The rental process was smooth as arranged with my insurance company. Louis was helpful in getting me into the vehicle that was right for me. I was also able to leave the vehicle at the body shop to return it when mine was done getting repaired. The rental vehicle was perfect and everything worked perfectly. I will use this Enterprise location again if I ever need one again.

Massillon, Ohio branch manager refused to give me my deposit back, even though I did exactly what I was told to do. If one of THEIR employees tell you to put the keys in the drop box… DONT DO IT. Also, I had forgot a scratch lottery ticket in the car (didn’t care because I had electronically cashed it), do you think I got a call that a $1,000 ticket was there???? Nope. That person will look funny trying to cash it at the actual lottery locations you have to go to to cash one of that amount. Called into corporate and they were extremely helpful. They listened to what I had to say instead of cutting me off constantly. She actually almost matched my energy of frustration. Deal with corporate with any issues. Not the local kid that likely has zero authority to help you and just repeats himself speaking over you.
