Thru Walmart I ordered Bengal Flea spray. Unfortunately FATBOYS was sent the order to fill. Employee sent roach spray. Poor customer service.

I ordered a Mold & Mildew product off Amazon from this company and when I recieved the package...it was packaged very poorly with liquid spilling and dripping everywhere. I did not notice until my 9 year old tried to help me with opening packages we recieved today. When he opened it, the liquid immediately spilled all over his and clothing and splattered in his face. It smelled like strong BLEACH. I looked at the bottle and the top looked like it was tampered with. The cap looked scraped up and it had tape on it. The solution also damaged me and sons clothing, because it was pure bleach and not the solution I paid for! I demand a full refund and I want something done to whoever replaced the liquid with bleach! I had to call Poison Control center and flush my child's eyes out with water. I'm highly upset!!!!!!!

I bought a leatherman case, says it fits 4.5-in leatherman. It does not I initiated a return they sent me the same item a second time. I live 20 miles out of town have to pay $2 to ship it back so far it's cost me $16 and I haven't got the right item.

I should have read the reviews before ordering. Never received the item i ordered online, placed another order, still didn't receive it (not even order confirmation.) Began to wonder if this was a scam, went tot he website.... I believe it is! AVOID THIS PLACE!

Tools arrived promptly and worked great. Great price. Had a general question about a tool prior to receiving them and the young lady that answered the phone was polite, professional, respectful and obtained the information I requested promptly. Will continue to use Fatboy Tools in the future.

Excellent Customer Service and the best prices you can find on any major powertool brand... I have purchased everything from Ooni ovens to pressure cookers and sleds for my kids. 10/10 would reccomend. Anytime there is a shipping error they are quick to make it right.I always ask for Sean Yoho in sales and he always takes care of me. He is practically family at this point.

Discourteous staff and I assume the owners are just a bad for allowing it. Swung by while visiting relatives, and SO glad this isn't the only option around. Why disrespect our Vets?! Never going here again. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
