I'm a fairly new customer and I am so impressed with the service. Paige is an absolute asset to the place. I was in yesterday and the place was super busy. She was rocking it out and talking to everyone in line like friends. I appreciate her upbeat demeanor and kind words. As a small business owner, I am a stickler for customer service and they are doing it right.

They are never open on Saturdays even though when you look it up it says they are open until noon. I work all week, not home until close to 7pm. Only time I can go to the bank is Saturday and they are never open. The city I work in doesn't have a First Commonwealth, I guess it's time to change banks.
