I called and tried scheduling my taxes. The woman asked if I had been there previously. I said no and said my coworker had a great experience. The woman asked her name and paused. She typed for awhile came back and said they have no availability until January 15th of next year. I find it very hard to believe this business does not have any type of availability until next year. I will not support them. Tried supporting local tax business in Massillon and that's what I got. It was a bizarre experience.

I recently moved to Toledo Ohio, before I lived in the Massillon area I used to go to Fox Tax Service to do my taxes.
They provided me an excellent tax service.
I recommend this place if you need to do your taxes.

I tried calling and leaving messages. All I wanted was to schedule an appointment for some tax questions. They messaged me on FB and said we are open but not all the time? Thanks. I'll go elsewhere...

This is the second year iv had to over pay for them mailing out my taxes instead of what I had asked to be electronic. The price for mailing is rediclious.Then when I asked about it they said it was sent electronic. However I have documentation that it was sent by mail. At that it took over a year to get my taxes back twice.
