Everytime I try to get ahold of my bank for information on my account it takes at LEAST 3 days for them to decide they want to answer they phone. Then if they do decide to answer the phones ITS ALWAYS with an attitude. Like you guys are the reason iv called 12 times. Save the time and energy and go somewhere else.

I went through treatment for cancer and my checking account became a mess. Friends and Family worked with me to get it cleaned up. Very supportive and truly Friends and Family.

Awful!! I contacted friends and family because we were unhappy with our bank that we have had for over 15 years and was looking for a new financial institution to deposit a rather large amount from a estate settlement. I called to see if we needed to make an appointment and was told to come in and hope the person that does that is there. Then when I said it would be around 4:00 due to work which this smug representative says not to make any later than that because it takes 30 minutes. They close at 5:00. Now I see the reason for all the bad reviews. We went to csa and they were wonderful.

I have been dealing with Friends and Family Credit Union for about 10 years now, if not more. I have received excellent customer service and superior rates. Tim, the manager has always been so helpful and always makes us feel like we are family. I think it's unfair to judge any business during covid as we all know everyone has experienced staffing issues. Thank you again F & F for your great service. :-)

I don’t know what’s going on here lately but with the lobby being closed a lot the drive-through times are absolutely ridiculous. I don’t understand what the problem. The customer service used to be so amazing. In the last few months it’s gone downhill fast. I don’t even recognize anyone that works here anymore!

Terrible customer service, their system is ancient and you can't pay your bill online (supposedly working on getting a newer system, don't think I'd trust that either) the employees don't have access/ability to online things as they should, sat on the phone for a half hour just for them to not be able to help still...recommend going with CSE if you're debating. In my opinion.. it's worth paying a higher interest rate not to deal with the hassle of this place. Not impressed.

DO NOT BANK HERE!! Numerous problems during my apx. 10 year time with them.The finale straw was when I was refinancing my primary mortgage and found out they never closed my old equity line that I paid off a year prior and told them to close out. Luckily the pay off papers that I had to demand and fight to get at that time saved my current refi as that was my only proof I paid them off and had it closed. Tim Mauer never returned any calls to help fix this. Finally my new bank called them and fixed everything for me and everything worked out NO THANKS TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY AND TIM MAUER, Glad to be done with you!!!!!! You guys deserve a negative rating but Ihad to give 1 star to post this.

I’ve been with Friends and Family for many years. Not to sound quaint, but I get treated as though I am indeed family. A few times I’ve inadvertently messed my online account up causing me to seek help from a teller. Always I am treated with respect and in a comfortable manner. They’ve never faulted me for goofing up my account, they just explain how we together can fix it and they do it like their having fun and their glad to hear from me. Just good folks. I might add that I deal exclusively the credit union that’s on route 21.PS. Hi Sue!

I have used the atm at the location on Erie multiple times , I use it because of the location and safety in place at this branch , today I proceeded to use the atm at 10am , I withdrew a pretty decent amount of money, 400 plus dollars, one of the bills was torn , and the other half wasn't anywhere stuck between the others , I kept my transaction recept like I always do , I proceeded to go to the teller and state my concern , they said how do we know you don't have the other half , what was I going to do keep half a 20 ? And hang it on my wall ? The disrespect tone and way I was treated prompted this review , I will definitely be escalating this issue past this branch , the branch manager was even more disrespectful than the teller herself , if I could I wouldn't even give them one star.
