Went through the car wash twice and it was still dirty in the same area (back left corner); probably because the girl that was doing the spraying was doing a scrappy job! Ridiculous!!

I would like to preface this by saying that my family and I have been members of Froggy's for years. I've never had an issue with them until yesterday. Upon leaving after having my car washed, I noticed my low tire pressure light turned on. After driving home, I noticed that there was a small metal rod that was pushed into the side of my tire near the rim. Before entering Froggy's, my tire was completely fine. It dawned on me that the tire shine machine they have spins on that spot of your tire, so it had to have been a loose part that shoved into my tire. I noticed that the tire shine machine looked bent/broken right before I went through it as well.
After contacting Froggy's, I was told a manager would be in contact with me regarding the issue. I never heard back from a manager. All I got was an email from one of their workers saying he had discussed it with his boss and that they don't think the damage came from the car wash. Is the manager that busy that he couldn't contact me? I did not go anywhere else after leaving there.. I would take legal action, but it is too trivial because it's just a tire. I have paid $30/month for years now and have given them my business along with referring many family members and friends to them. I even considered working here as well.. After this incident, I am canceling my subscription with them and letting others know about this as well.

This is the 2nd timeI stopped in the last couple years to get my daughter a gift card for a 3 month unlimited service..I was told I have to give credit card and have it automatically taken out on a monthly basis. And cancel it when I want service stopped. Sorry they are hoping customers will forget about the transaction !! What place of business dose not give gift cards now ? And what kind of business turns business away multiple times ? And that's just with me !! As far as I am concerned ? This place of business dose not deserve any business !! This place is horribly managed !! Yesterday will be the last time I ever attempt to use your services !!!
