I stopped at the GE pharmacy in massillon to pick up my rx on Saturday afternoon. I was the 3rd car in line and waited 20 mins before leaving. I understand that the drive thru is for convenience but I have always been made to pull back around until my order is ready or they can reprocess my rx. When I called to inquire about the wait time at the drive thru I was told it's a convenience only and was hung up on. I am currently just out of surgery and unfortunately can not get out and walk inside so the drive thru is necessary for me at this time. I understand that places get busy but have others pull back around as I have had to. 3rd vehicle in line and 20 min wait is ridiculous, sorry not sorry.

We’ve been getting our prescriptions here for years and just the last couple times the drive through is ridiculous. We literally had to wait for almost 15 minutes for just one person to get their prescription. I normally don’t mind waiting but I used up almost half of my lunch break.

Wish they had negative stars. The drive through is terrible. 4 cars over 30 min wait. Ridiculous

Horrible workers i went to the pharmacy to ask if they knew if had beet chews in any off the isles close to them the first workers was nice she said she was gonna ask someone she turned to the girl that said her name was Morgan and asked her Morgan was so rude I guess she didn't want her conversation she was having with another employee interrupted so Morgan yelled at me very rudely WE DON'T WORK OUT THERE!!! And was like shooing me away with her hand and went back with her conversation I'm a giant eagle shopper I'm there if not everyday atleast 3 to 4 times a week and know the staff by name and they are really nice but I feel she needs to be addressed about her communication with shoppers I felt I could ask one of them for my inquiry because if you go to Walmart or any other store with a pharmacy the workers have knowledge of where things are that are pharmacy related and when I asked her name she started waving and laughing with coworkers i went to the help counter and told a worker the situation and she said they should know or can help you locate over the counter items by their station as much as I love Giant eagle I probably won't be there for awhile

Pharmacy is the most unorganized pharmacy of any Giant Eagle around. Never gets their truck. Always tells you incorrect wait times. It’s 7 o clock and she tells me it’ll be a half hour wait. I go in at 7:30 she says it’ll be another half hour before it’s ready. Another half hour? YOU CLOSE AT 8. Complete waste of my day. Avoid at all costs.

I think the pharmacy is great. They always help me if they think I'm not getting the lowest price. And I think that all the employees there like their job. That's what I think

I had spoke to a pharmacist about getting a specific brand of medication. She had informed me that it would not be an issue and she could order it when the prescription was available. Today, I call and talk to the guy pharmacist and was spoken too in a very nonprofessional way. Find a different location and demand respect and courtesy.

The technicians employed here all hate their job. Fix the problem - don’t be the problem. Or find a different line of work.

Technicians working for the pharmacy are less than helpful. Horrible attitudes, I thought I was having a conversation with my teenage daughter - not a pharmacy technician.

I called to inquire about returning 4 SEALED bottles of pills that cost me approximately $100.00. This was for my dog who died yesterday and I can no longer use them. So policy is they will not allow returns on any prescriptions regardless if sealed or not. But that's not the sad part. The sad part is the cold response I received from the pharmacy technician. I did not hear, "I'm sorry for the loss of your dog". No sympathy whatsoever. I am in tears speaking to a medical professional who apparently could care less.
