Really not fun playing roulette with when & where your debit card will work. Especially online. They say it’s to prevent fraud, but it’s more a pain in the *** than anything.

Worst bank I’ve been with!!!! The staff try to be helpful but they can’t. Technology is from the 70s. This bank is supposed to be for union workers but they are only open when union workers are at work and the atms are constantly broken. I went to my bank today and the atm was broke so I went to the other bank there atm was broke at the same time. They love to borrow and use your money but they don’t want to give it back. The online banking is only good for checking your balance if you need anything else good luck getting it. I tried to get a statement to buy my house but I couldn’t retrieve it online and they wouldn’t send it to me with the email I had on file.

Worst hours for a bank I have ever seen. People look miserable in here like it's a suicide hotline call center. I wanted to ask the teller to blink twice if she was being held hostage.

As a 40 yr member I expect better than they are doing in these times. They are hiding behind Covid to close at 4:30 on Fridays the only day they are open past 4:30 normally for people that work when they were open till 6:00. Other local credit unions and banks have opened lobbies with safety processes but not Golden circle. They make you wait while tellers walk across the bank to a computer to do you transactions. Very poor at handling the current situation. Maybe they should bring in someone to consult from another bank to help them get it done. WoW

Great experience with getting a car loan. Kathy got us approved and had everything finalized within a day. Will definitely not hesitate to use again.
